Although we do not recognize you as one of the broker's real clients with a real experience, but still we thank you for your time writing this review and we have to address subjects mentioned in your review directly and firmly. The statement that we are "totally unregulated" and "make our own rules without any entity checking it" is categorically false and a serious misunderstanding of our operations.

While the specific regulatory framework for every broker can vary globally, we want to be unequivocally clear: there is 0% possibility for us to "make our own rules." Our operational guidelines and trading conditions are not arbitrary; they are meticulously based on widely accepted industry standards and global best practices. These are the very same principles that govern reputable brokers worldwide, whether explicitly regulated by a specific national body or operating under other stringent oversight mechanisms.

Furthermore, we operate under strictest internal and external audits and risk measurements. These rigorous processes ensure not only our financial stability but also our unwavering adherence to fair and transparent practices. These audits act as an independent verification of our operations, ensuring that we uphold the highest standards, even if a specific "entity checking it" in the way the reviewer implies is not a traditional government regulator.

It is a fundamental and globally accepted right for every broker to accept or not accept certain trading styles. This is a common industry practice, implemented to manage risk, maintain market integrity, and ensure a stable environment for all clients. Our policies in this regard are no different from those of many other established and respected brokers.

We have been a steadfast presence in this industry for over 10 years without a single significant problem or regulatory infraction. This decade-long track record, built on transparency and integrity, stands as irrefutable proof of our commitment to ethical operations. We boast the highest customer satisfaction rate, a testament to our dedication to our clients. We always strive to understand and support our clients, and we are committed to compensating them fairly in any appropriate manner.

We would also like to provide some context regarding a recent situation involving a client who misused our platform. We suspect this might be one of those reviews for the purpose of defamation.

However, due to suspicious activity on their account, we requested a simple verification before processing any further withdrawals. The client refused to complete the verification and threatened us with false and defamatory reviews on Trustpilot, specifically stating:

Also keep in mind that if you agree to offer me the due profit, the reviews will be deleted, otherwise I will continue to have fun asking my people to give you extremely harsh reviews."

These emails clearly demonstrate the client’s intent to manipulate the review platform, which we strongly suspect is related to the type of reviews we are receiving.

With all due respect to your time writing this review but we have to vehemently reject these baseless accusations, firmly clarify our operational principles and refute the assertions made.

1- Withdrawal Processing: We process all legitimate and fully audited withdrawal requests with the utmost efficiency, ensuring the quickest possible turnaround times and minimal to no objections. Our established procedures are designed to facilitate seamless and timely access to funds for all compliant users.

2- Client Engagement: The statement regarding a lack of response to messages is inaccurate. We uphold a robust and consistently responsive client support system. We diligently address every client's inquiries, platform-related questions, and any other issues they may encounter, ensuring continuous communication and resolution.

3- Legitimate Transactions: We facilitate all legitimate and audited withdrawals without exception. Our stringent compliance frameworks and advanced risk management systems are in place to safeguard the interests of both our clients and the integrity of our brokerage.

Addressing Misconduct and Misrepresentation
It is regrettable that a minority of individuals attempt to exploit our platform through trading practices that contravene our established terms and conditions and acceptable trading styles. When our comprehensive risk management system identifies and appropriately addresses such misuse or attempts to defraud the brokerage, these individuals may react by disseminating unfounded and damaging reviews. Their objective, in some cases, appears to be an attempt to coerce or blackmail the company into approving gains acquired through illicit means.

We would also like to provide some context regarding a recent situation involving a client who misused our platform. This individual attempted to defraud the broker by withdrawing profits that were illegally obtained through unaccepted scalping and hedge scalping strategies, which are against our company’s policies. After contacting the client and informing them of the situation, we showed a high level of consideration and made the decision, as a one-time gesture, to process the payment despite the violation of our rules.

However, due to suspicious activity on their account, including a mismatch between their claimed place of residency and the locations from which they accessed our platform, we requested a simple verification before processing any further withdrawals. This request was met with aggression. The client refused to complete the verification and threatened us with false and defamatory reviews on Trustpilot, specifically stating:
