Since, long time I was looking for comprehensive datascience course that will give academic insights and practical knowledge. It is an exhaustive course that gives good overview of latest technology.Highly recommend for working professionals.

The program coordination was amazing. the choice of professors was good and got to learn a lot.

Its a great experience

I recently completed the Post Graduate Program in AI/ML and GenAI, and overall it has been a valuable and enriching experience.

The program did face a few initial hiccups in terms of planning and organization, but it gradually stabilized as it progressed. One of its strongest aspects is the depth and breadth of the learning materials provided—these are extensive, well-structured, and serve as a great reference even beyond the duration of the course. The faculty from IIT Roorkee could be changed to someone who is more knowledgeable in Agentic AI specific topics along with classical ML topics, and is more empathetic.

Given the in-depth nature of the topics covered, the program does require a significant time commitment outside of regular classes. This makes it well-suited for working professionals who are willing to invest consistent effort to truly benefit from the curriculum.

The masterclasses and mathematics sessions stood out as particularly insightful and added strong conceptual clarity. The group project was another highlight, offering a practical opportunity to apply learned concepts in a collaborative setting, which significantly enhanced the overall learning experience.

That said, the hands-on sessions could be further strengthened. A more structured approach and facilitation by instructors with deeper hands-on teaching experience would make these sessions even more impactful.

Lastly, the program support has been commendable. Simran Bathija and the support team have been consistently responsive and helpful, ensuring smooth communication and timely assistance throughout the program.

Overall, this program is a solid choice for professionals looking to build a strong foundation in AI/ML and GenAI, provided they are ready to dedicate the required time and effort.

As a working professional, I enrolled in the M.Tech Data Engineering program by IIT Jodhpur and Futurense to upskill in a high-demand field, drawn by the program's prestige and industry focus. However, the reality has been more hectic than anticipated. The syllabus is incredibly vast and comprehensive, covering advanced topics like distributed systems and data pipelines, but the current duration feels too short to absorb it all effectively.

The combination of projects, assignments, and exams creates intense pressure, leaving very little time for working professionals to truly learn and apply concepts amid full-time jobs. Class and exam schedules sometimes shift to weekdays, making attendance a real struggle and further squeezing learning time. While the content is valuable, I strongly recommend extending the program timeline and prioritizing weekend-friendly scheduling to better support career professionals.

Overall, it's a rigorous program that demands significant sacrifices, but with adjustments, it could be even more accessible and impactful for folks like me balancing work and study.

Terrible experience with Futurense

I had a very terrible and unprofessional experience with Futurense on 2025.

It started in the first meeting itself. In the first Gmeet, a lot of students asked about administration changes and risk associated with that in the meeting. The guy from the Futurense answered " Even Elon Musk is an immigrant, he is a close friend of Trump, so there won't be any risk". I was like WTF "does this guy even have a brain" I thought.

Guess what, we had visa pause and increased visa rejection because of security scrutiny in 2025. Yeah, it's very uncertain but Futurense should have admitted that there were some risks associated with administration changes instead of speaking like illiterate.

Next is, IITJ where I've met one of the dumbest professors Who couldn't even speak proper english or articulate what's there supposed to teach. Futurense charges 3.6L for this whereas IITJ charges only 40k for the same course.

The unprofessional visa mock up. I booked my visa interview on October 7, 2025 and informed Futurense. They provided me the visa mock sessions 4 days before and changed my drafts at the last minute, which led to 100% of my visa rejection. Vridhikka one of the dumbest and unprofessional visa prep associates they have who doesn't know what's going on in the world. In my case, I had to fight with her to make her understand that I had to fill my ds-160 again because of social media vetting.

The unprofessional behaviour rigged out once you got the rejection. Because you become their least profitable person now. So all of a sudden, they start ghosting you. Need response for WhatsApp messages or emails ? Naah, Futurense people have a lot of priority work to scam other people.
