Very professional seamless experience from first contact to the phlebotomist who was very reassuring, calming & knowledgeable. It’s all so organised anyone considering private cord banking is in great hands, I have since booked for dental pulp stem cell banking for my eldest child. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Helpful and reliable
The staff was helpful with the informations and the whole process.
The person harvesting the cells was also patient and helpful.
Although the birth process wasn't straight forward and easy, the cells harvesting and processing made our life a lot easyer.

Everything has been and is great !
Everything has been great since we have contacted them until we sent back the kit after birth. The phlebotomist has waited quite a few hours for the birth due to some complications with the baby but always happy and respectfull. Kit collection after that has been very easy and straightforward.Received all the documentation after that and cannot express how happy we are with the choise we made in chosing future health biobank.

I have decided to store my baby stems…
I have decided to store my baby stems cells after meeting Ms. Banan AlZubi who explained the benefits and process in details and convinced me and my husband that this is the right thing to do for the future. Banan showed efficiency in dealing with our case and made sure that we got the best service. I highly recommend dealing with Mrs. Banan from future health. She is very professional and lovely lady!!
