I ordered a red winter jacket on November 15, 2025. I have never received my order. I have tracked it and it has gotten this far as LA. I have tried to contact Furry King several times through email as there is no phone number available. I am very disappointed with this company, and will never order from them again. I have not gotten a refund of my money and the only response I have gotten is that I can track my order. I would not advise ordering from this company.

They swapped my jacket as it was too small although delivery a little slow but it was over the Christmas period.

The sizing of the items is incorrect, takes forever for item to be shipped, takes company a while to respond back to you and makes it almost impossible to return an item. I am still trying for them to respond so I can return it and when I am lucky enough to return it, they will charge me to return it. I recommend staying far away from this company.

I love our Furryking coat! It’s easy to put on, and keeps my small pup’s belly dry. The external harness is the best feature - I no longer have to fuss with trying to pull the harness through a tiny hole in the coat! We have a Yorkie mix, just under 20 pounds, and he wears a 2X for reference.

Awful customer service. I have been asking for a refund since I had issues w sizing. Seems to be a bot and no human contact or they can’t respond in a human manner. So disappointing. Offered to pay shipping. Never again will I use this company.

I mistakenly ordered the wrong size coat for my older dog. I corresponded with them and was able to get the right size. The coats are great quality and they have nice colors. I like that the dog steps into the coat and it zips up to fit perfectly. No hanging flaps like some other coats.

I by accident ordered the wrong size and when I got it I emailed the company and they sent me one that fits perfectly!! A++ service

I ordered 2 weeks ago. Still waiting for my order. The tracking number shows it originated in Shanghai and took days to finally get out of China. Now, I think it’s finally in the US. When asked about the tracking, the companies repeatedly claims that nothing comes from China. Well, that’s a blatant lie as the tracking record shows. I’d never do business with these people again. I hate companies that lie to their customers.

I just received my two pink jackets for my fur babies and they were the hit of dog park lol they fit them perfect. They're so warm and snuggly and I love that you can attach their leash to the top of it. I couldn't believe the low price, but what high-quality material was used

The zip broke after a week and I asked for a refund within the 30 day money back guarantee. I was offered a replacement but said I wanted a refund. I have not heard back for several weeks despite me emailing every week. Terrible customer service and faulty product. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

I previously ordered the wrong size. Customer service were great, responsive, respectable and helpful.

They guided me to select the correct size for my dachshund. New sized Coat arrived last week. And its fits perfectly. My dachshund also appeared to like it as she was happy to go out for a walk, rather than stand still and not move, when ive previously dressed her in a coat.

My dog loved the coat, it fits really well and is easy to put on. Keeps him nice and dry when we go for walks in the rain.

I ordered the wrong size, but customer service was quick to help me get the right size. Took a while to come in, but it was worth the wait.

As far as the coat itself I would give 5 stars! It fits really well, easy to put on and off and love the attached harness!

The sizing was tricky as I have a 21 pound jack Russel/ chihuahua but yet he fits a 3xl
I’m not sure what happened with their customer service team but they weren’t responding to my emails and it took over 1 month to get my exchange which was frustrating.
But the coat was worth the wait:) I do recommend it.

It’s great! Keeps her warm and is waterproof.

I bought two of these jackets for my two chihuahua mixes; large for the 10 lb dog and 2XL for the 17 lb dog. They both fit perfectly. I especially like the hook for the dog leash on the top of the jacket.
I was nervous about buying these jackets because of previous experiences with Chinese goods, but so many people wrote about the responsiveness of the customer service that I decided to give the company a try. My order got stuck at the port in California, and when I contacted the company, they immediately told me they would send me replacements.
Very happy with the jackets and appreciate the customer service.

I needed a winter jacket for my Teddy Bear dog. I ordered a pink coat, which fit her perfectly. It keeps her warm on our wicked Wisconsin mornings! I was looking for a jacket that wouldn't bind under her front legs, that causes her to limp. This jacket works perfectly as the pressure is evenly distributed to her entire body. The clip is centered around the mid back area, not the neck. It's a great and comfortable jacket for her.

Delivery took ages - by the time it arrived, it was too small for my pup. I have tried contacting the company but they have gone to ground. Interestingly, seems to be connected to a series of companies with similar names and mixed reviews, one of which was dissolved in September. Now wondering if it's a dodgy faceless drop shipping outfit that can do Instagram ads. Avoid.
