Ordered a month ago and to date have not received the product even though they have payment

Our original jacket harness had a small defect. Customer service was wonderful and sent a replacement. The jacket is really cozy and keeps our pup warm on cold walks. The harness attaches well to our leash--nice and snug! We love this product!

1 star because I can’t give it to zero. The zipper broke within the first few days. Contacted company’s customer service they asked every question possible to delay my request until I was past the 30 day window.
I included my order number, item, size and picture of issue. They completely ignored the contents of the email and asked for it the same information all over again, but one item at a time. They said they were sending a replacement and when I followed up - I was suddenly out of warranty period.

The Dog Coat is lovely and very pleased with it But I had to wait a really long time for it and chased it many times - In the end they re-despatched it and it arrived safely .

If I could give it less the one star I would
I bought 2 jackets for my dogs when they eventually came they were the wrong size . After several emails they eventually answered and said they would replace . It’s been 2 months and still
nothing . several more emails and still not heard from them . dont waste your money on this company there are far better ones with great customer service .

Very happy. The convenience of putting on and taking off the coat is great. The coat is also comfortable and provides good coverage.

The rain vests that I ordered for my two dogs fit perfectly. By the feel of them, they are very warm and will be beneficial during our morning walks when it gets down in the 30s. We're in the PNW on the coast and the ocean breeze can get very cold and wet. My only complaint is the wait time for the delivery. It was quite long, but it seems well worth it. You won't be disappointed.

I received my dog’s jacket last October - a 3x which was way too small for my 45 lb dog. I asked about an exchange and eventually was told to pay 10.00 for shipping a new jacket and return label- there was a lot of long delays in emails before they confirmed that I did pay the shipping and they also told me off/on that they sent the replacement. I never received it. It’s been three months. I’ve asked for my shipping payment back, but at this point in the midst of a Michigan winter, I’ll just take the loss and get a jacket at my local pet store. You should too!

My daughter Ordered 2 dog coats that were very small and didn’t fit. Tried 3 times to contact this company to exchange the coats for larger sizes but they just ignore you. I have had no response at all, they are only interested in sales, zero customer service

I am very disappointed with the Customer service of FurryKing. I received a vest that is much too small for my dog (common complaint on the product). I contacted them to exchange the vest. Response was very slow and unclear. The last response mentioned that I had not responded to their communication nor paid the $10 invoice for exchanging the vest to a larger size (that I was never told about nor had received). The vest is beautiful but the Customer service is terrible. I will give the vest away and purchase from a different company.

The jacket is as described on line. My Shih Tzu weighs 17 pounds so I got an XL as suggested. Unfortunately due to his body shape it cannot be zipped all the way. Nonetheless he will wear it when it’s cold and wet!

I ordered a jacket for my dog on 12/7/2025. I have not received it to date. Tracking in the system states the tracking number does not exist or the package is lost. I have emailed Furry King 3 times for help and have not received a response. I need Furry Kings help to find out what my next steps are.

the jacket is great! but I was promised a free leash with the coat which I never recieved as of today

For a start the first coat we received was too small as the sizes aren't quite correct. But after messaging them they sent the correct size a d its absolutely perfect and great quality. Theg kindly asked us to donate the smaller coat to an animal charity, which we have done . So, excellent service and products .

The Furry King coat is FANOMINAL!! The only true downside to the whole experience is how LONGGGG it took to get the coat. YES, it clearly states that shipment could take up to 15 days for delivery, BUTTT, that was my stress. My package arrived on the "15th" day...I almost canceled order.

Thoroughly recommend furryking to anyone customer service was first Class I ordered the wrong size they quickly rectified my mistake would not hesitate to recommend them Mr Carter

Product tool 3 weeks to deliver ciat was good but not happy with harness so asked to return they told us to give to a dogs home or something and offered a partial refund of £12;99 instead of the £18,00 we paid,delivery was kept obviously as it was delivered to us but quality of coat was exceptional

Really nice - dog loves it and so easy to put on !!!!
