Ordered the No-Pull harness, which, in their promotional video, clearly shows a one click easy connection under the belly. What we received has a velcro band that is impossible to fit without catching our dog's sensitive underbelly hair! Useless! Do not by based on their Facebook video!

Ordered a dog calming bed for my German pointer. On arrival it was delivered in a vacuum packed state. On opening it up the first thing to hit me was the size, I had ordered the largest size, 3xl, as advised by their size by breed guide, what I got was something that a toy poodle would struggle to get into. Next thing was the quality, the material was very poor and the padding was virtually none existent, the outer sides were just hardly existent. I have contacted the company regarding return and refund, but have not been replied to at this stage.
Save your money regarding this product, I paid £70 for something totally useless and unusable.

Tried to place an order- payment never went through but the following day there was different fraudulent payments taken from my card. DO NOT USE.

Cheap crap, bought the XL for our lab. One week of use and he’s already pulled the D shackle off and the threading is tearing

I won't write about my experience with this scam company, I'll just let you read all the other reviews and know that I agree with what they say. Buy elsewhere

Took 22 days to arrive after payment. Poor customer service, keep giving excuses. Would never recommend buying from them as your pet would probably be bigger by the time your harness arrived.

Avoid. Unfortunately I did not check the reviews before I ordered. My order has been at "Info received" status for a week now with no estimate of a delivery date. I sent the company an email but have heard nothing. I am not confident I will receive anything and it seems many others have suffered the same.

Bad non existent customer service. Took 2 weeks to arrive and I didn't get the harness personalised so asked to return as to small for my lab. I ordered the large and didn't fit him. They don't respond and it wasnt cheap either so left with a harness that will be of no use to me. Wasted my money

Complete scam, taken money from account but no order confirmation or number. cant get any response from company either. Reading the other reviews it seems I am not alone.

I bought a large dog coat for my bulldog £24.99 , took 4 weeks to arrive as it came from China & definitely was not a large and the clasp was broken. I emailed several time with no response. Also found the exact same coat on Temu £4.75! Would not recommend Waggytails to anybody. Terrible company stay clear!

I ordered 2 harnesses for my 2 cockapoos, both broke within days of receiving them, the dogs hardly had them on. I've tried and tried to get replacements however my emails are being ignored. I do not recommend using this company at all.

It’s fraud you won’t get the order

This company is fraudulent and should be avoided. The wrong size item was sent. When I complained they offered an exchange, asking for the wrong item to be returned. The new item never arrived and no exchange note refund has been given. The also fail to reply to any emails. It’s a pure scam. I expect a new Facebook site will be set up ahead of peak shopping times (such as Xmas) next year - so new customers won’t see the many similar comments from equally duped people. Please spread the message. Do not order from this business. Find a reputable local pet store instead.

Really bad customer service . I ordered a harness and lead 6 weeks ago and it still hasn’t arrived . Asked for a refund's on several emails but no reply . Just given new tracking details that don’t work . Avoid this company at all costs

ALL BAD, NOTHING GOOD ABOUT THIS GROUP

This company pretends to be based in the Uk but only after buying did I realise this is a con. I assume it is based in China as my purchase is taking longer to get here than if it went via the moon. The tracking information is clearly false as it goes from one hub to another every few days without saying which courier it is. I doubt it will ever arrive and if it does I should have just bought directly from Temu.

I have still have not received my items it’s been 12 days and still nothing , to find out that it’s been shipped from china , contacted the company by email but still nothing back , I will be contacting my bank to request a refund as I feel this is a scam and totally mugged offer customer definitely will not be ordering from this company again

You are totally misled. This product comes from China as a matter of fact the same harness is on Shein for 8 Euro feel totally ripped off.

Well I placed an order with this company on the 23rd October and as at today’s date nothing has been delivered. Following the tracking but my items are somewhere in the ether.
I would suggest folks you avoid this company and spend your hard earned cash elsewhere, they should be ashamed of the service offered, on a par with Funny fuzzy!!
