Funded Engineer’s customer service is not genuine at all even for their clients. My experience showed me Funded Engineer is clearly after a revenue from selling their challenges rather than building a long term relationship with their clients. All their answers are just like sending templates.

Signed up for a challenge a few days before the company went dark in 1/2024. When FE got their back-end working in 3/2024, I was a US customer who had limited access to the new backend and cannot view accounts. I could not properly request my refund for the account because account numbers are required to request refunds from the outage. I could login to FE with my proper credentials, but I could not see the previous account numbers, only order numbers. It is a Catch-22 situation.

Funded Engineer is a PURE SCAM Company. They are here to collect challenge fees only. When I passed phase 2 of 200k challenge without violating any rules, while I was waiting for my Funded account, they sent me an email saying

"we regret to inform you that we have determined your trading approach to be incompatible with our preferences at the firm. Consequently, we have made the challenging decision to terminate our trading relationship with you, effective immediately".

What a fantastic business model ! profitable traders are getting kicked out for no valid reason with just a refund and now rest of all the failed client's challenge fees in their pocket, WOW what an easy way to make money. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAMMER

When this company in trouble beginning of the year, I gave them all the support I could, I thought they were decent people. But when they got their own licence, they changed. I generally have one active account and get a spare one when there is a special. I bought my spare one in December 2023, kept it there in case I fail the existing one. It was there sitting idle without any trade on it, After months later, they failed my account and told me my account was inactive for 30 days. I told them spare unused accounts was not taken into account as inactive as it is not started trading yet, but they look like changed recently after they set up their own system. Very disappointed with them as they stole my hard earned money without making any trade with it.

I traded Phase 1, Phase 2 with regular profits. The biggest loss order was ($$ insert the amount of the biggest loss order), but when I passed Phase 2, the Funding Entity (FE) sent me an email terminating our relationship with the reason that my trading strategy didn't align with their preferences and requested my crypto wallet address to refund the account fee. I emailed them requesting specific reasons for violating FE's rules, but they didn't respond. I spent a lot of time overcoming the two challenge phases, but they used a ridiculous reason to deny me a funded account.

When I tried to chat on Discord, they immediately kicked me out of their platform. This is truly a terrible experience I haven't encountered with any other company. They only seem interested in collecting exam fees and hope for our failure rather than our success, as they claim.

pathetic firm and support , i was going to paurchase an 100k account today on 16april 2024 12pm US time . i asked them few generel question regarding the accont ands payout , THey just block me on discord with my email address . This is not at all professionalism

There is a huge delay with payouts, it has started to feel a bit weird. I requested mine more than 11 days ago and I have not received it yet. The response from the mods and support is always the same: "Banks in Dubai were closed because of Eid, you will get it in due time". Today is Monday and the banks are open in Dubai. No payout has been executed yet. I would recommend everyone not to buy a challenge with this prop firm until they solve the payout issue. I just hope that this will not be a rug pull similar to TFT last month. I would recommend the 5ers, FTMO, and Funding Pips as more serious companies.
