I created my account last year when they have not updated the website, now they introduced new interface to their website, when i try to login with my email id. it says credentials not match our records, this is enough to say that this platform is a complete scam. Don't buy any challenge accounts from any prop firms without doing any research.

Fake reviews.. worst support ever, and only problems with this firm and really high swap fees. Useless

I passed a challenge but they didn’t want to give me my live account, so they insisted giving me a refund, and I swear to god it’s been more than a month since they said that, I’m still waiting for the refund till now

Yes it's true this firm takes customers for nothing, i purchased a 25k funded account, no proof was fowarded to me, no trading details, had to email live support that wasn't so live, responding when they want to, telling me i need to give them more time, at this point i should have purchased another challenge from e8, this firm is nonsense 🤞🤞

This company has been great to me. They had some issues along the way but the owners were very transparent and communicated clearly throughout the problems.

Support is sometimes flooded with requests which leads to long hold times, but the mods in the discord really do the best they can to assist all inquiries. They display patience and communicate clearly even when asked the same question that was asked and answered 100 times before.

I personally had some hiccups with my account due to price stopping me out in areas price never reached, but the team quickly remedied the situation. Thank you ModMiles and Fardi.

Overall I see this as a company that does their best to help their costumers in the face of an industry that doesn’t focus on customer satisfaction.

My experience with Funded Engineer has been a rollercoaster of frustration, disappointment, and ultimately, betrayal. After encountering issues with their service, I was promised a refund for my 25k account. However, it has now been well over 2 weeks, and I am still empty-handed. The lack of accountability and transparency from Funded engineer is appalling. Despite their assurances and repeated promises, they have failed to follow through on their commitment to refund my money. It's infuriating to be given false hope and left hanging with no resolution in sight.
I've reached out to their customer service multiple times, only to be met with vague responses and excuses. It's clear that Funded engineer lacks the integrity and professionalism to honor their obligations to their customers.

Adding to the list of grievances, my 10k account has not been reset to the original initial balance as promised by Funded Engineer. Despite their assurance, this crucial action has not been taken, further exacerbating the frustration and lack of trust in their services. This failure to fulfil their commitment only underscores their lack of reliability and professionalism, leaving me deeply disappointed and dissatisfied with my entire experience.

It all began on February 8th when I received an email from Funded Engineer, alerting me to an issue with their dashboard provider. Understandable, I thought, these things happen. However, what followed was a series of events that revealed the company's true colors. On February 13th, I received another email from Funded Engineer, offering customers the option to request a refund if they were uncomfortable with the ongoing situation. Based on this email, I promptly requested a refund for my account. There were no additional terms or conditions mentioned, and nothing was said about a drawdown rule. To my dismay, on February 14th, Funded Engineer responded to my refund request with a new condition: no refund would be given for accounts with more than a 4% drawdown, and the drawdown would be reset to the starting balance. This condition had not been mentioned in the previous email, and it felt like they were creating new rules to avoid issuing refunds. Despite my account having a drawdown of more than 4%, I reluctantly accepted their condition of resetting the account to the starting balance. However, the ordeal was far from over. On February 26th, I received new credentials for my 10k account, but for my other 25k account with no drawdown, the refund still hadn't been issued. When I tried to log in with the new credentials for my 10k account, I received an alarming email stating that my account had been hard breached, despite not even taking a trade. Upon reaching out to Funded Engineer about this issue, their representative S Fardin introduced yet another new stipulation: those who didn't trade in February weren't eligible for a reset. This rule, however, was never conveyed to us via email. He claimed it had been shared on the Discord channel on Feb 11th. When I inquired whether it had been communicated via email, he chose not to respond. It's important to note that not everyone utilizes Discord. If Funded Engineer is capable of disseminating all updates via email, why wasn't this particular rule communicated in the same manner? When my attempts to contact their support team via email failed, I received an email stating that support functions are exclusively available through Discord. Consequently, I joined Discord on March 17th.

I strongly advise anyone considering using Funded engineer's services to think twice. Their inability to fulfil a simple refund request speaks volumes about their reliability and customer care. The constant changing of conditions and lack of transparency from Funded Engineer is unacceptable. It’s clear that they prioritize their own interests over their customers' satisfaction and well-being. Save yourself the headache and find a prop firm that actually values its customers and respects their commitments.

The team has survived the tremendous turmoil of the previous months. Their service team has expanded significantly recently. Up to this moment, they are not looking for any excuses to breach your account but rather are taking a reasonable approach, considering all inputs. Well done, and I hope this trend of positive developments within the company continues. By the way, their newsletters have always been the best in the market. All the best, Mikhail.

They closed the position I opened on April 4, 15:28, which had no TP or stop point, in their own way, and 4 minutes later they stole from me the $5400 I would have earned. The position had not even reached the daily limit. They have no explanation, live support is not even interested in this issue. Actually, they did a similar thing in Phase 1, but I said it was a one-off and continued working, but they neither fixed their systems nor compensated for my loss. Here is my ticket number 1956932. If I wrote TP or stop point, I could say I lost because of the spread, but there was no TP or stop point. Psychologically, people read 5 stars but make mistakes. Friends, I do not believe these thieves. they will probably close down soon because they are taking action against users and that is not sustainable. Like a Ponzi scheme, when new members come into the system, they pay the old members' money. DO NOT LOST YOUR MONEY TO THESE THIEVES

I was just about to purchase the 6k challenge until I went to the FAQs tab and saw that EVERYTHING IS SIMULATED, they even mentioned that it's not live, they just want your hard earned money, some people will sit months and MONTHS to get that little money, THEY ARE SCAMERS DONT EVER TRUST, go spend time learning and try to risk your own money better than spending 100s on these prop firms.

I took 50k challenge, and Never received account Credentials since sunday the 7th of April 2024. They are just sending me links that do not work. Yesterday I communicated with Ashu,Omeo,Eric.okoro none of them gave me an account. I requested Refund, no one responded to my request. Today am asking for Refund, Ashu sent me another link that also came blank. I feel like am Scammed by FundedEngineer. I want my money back please.

It have amazing deals. What i love about is as soon as you purchase your challenge next minute you can start trading
