Since our inception on April 14th, 2023, Funded Engineer has embarked on an inspiring journey, fueled by our collective vision and unwavering commitment to our community. Together, we've grown from a mere concept to a thriving community of 35,000 members, built on the foundation of teamwork, dedication, and, yes, a few drops of sweat and tears along the way.

However, amidst our achievements, we encountered a significant setback with the unexpected termination of our contract with our former tech provider.

The repercussions were severe, impacting not only our operations but also causing major setbacks with vendors. When our former tech provider emailed all our vendors about the accusations against us, it resulted in significantly longer holding times and higher reserves being required to be held. This disruption had a profound effect on our cash flow and business operations. Additionally, the loss of brokers industry-wide for anyone using a third-party broker further exacerbated the situation, leading to another shutdown just four days after relaunching with Blueberry Markets.

During the subsequent three weeks of downtime, tough decisions had to be made, with the welfare of our clients taking precedence above all else. Despite the adversity, we remained steadfast in our commitment to you, our valued traders. We continued to honor our obligations, ensuring that traders received their payouts, processing refunds, and communicating with the community on a daily basis regarding the situation.

Moreover, we introduced a compensation program aimed at alleviating the impact of the disruption on our community. This included resetting all accounts in drawdown phases 1 and 2, as well as providing a 1% additional drawdown for free to all funded accounts. These decisions, though necessary, came at a significant cost to our business. However, we firmly believe that prioritizing our traders' trust and well-being was the right course of action.

As we look to the future, we recognize the necessity for sustainable measures to uphold the longevity of our trading environment. With this in mind, we are instituting changes regarding migrated Funded accounts, particularly those held before February 7th, 2024.
This means that any account purchased BEFORE feb 7th that became funded will be reset back to phase 1, irrespective of their current balance status. While we understand that this news may not meet your expectations, we assure you that it is a vital step towards stabilizing our company and reinstating an environment where all traders can thrive once more.

Please note that if you had a STANDARD account , it will be converted into the new SWING account as we no longer offer the standard account.

All pending payouts will be disbursed as soon as the business stabilizes. If your Funded account had a negative balance, it will be reset, and you will be sent back to phase 1 of the challenge. For accounts with a positive balance, profits will be preserved and disbursed to you, along with any other owed funds, at a later date once the business stabilizes.

We deeply appreciate your understanding and unwavering support during this challenging period. Your trust remains the cornerstone of our mission, and we are fully committed to earning it each day.

stay away from this company i took me months of discipline to get the funded account at the end they reset you to phase 1 what a joke , i asked for refund they are unable to do it . just run from this scammer .

Mike(Funded Engineer) handle my complaint well and offered fair solution. Everything are settle within a half day to reactivate inactivity two challenge trading accounts.
I can start to trade again.

Once i put my trust on this firm just to be treat like trash. They kick me and many traders from discord just because we ask about they breaching all funded accounts because they can’t afford to pay. They hurt their customer who support their firm. Beware everyone sign of fraudulent and rug pull is all over the place

Scam prop firm with hidden rules they breaching account for totally no reason.Daily drowdown wasn't even reached still breached though

This propfirm is a scamm they breached my 300k account the first day of trading with a rule that doesn’t exist in theyr FAQ i have proofs and screenshot they have hidden rules!!!

THEY FAILED MY ACCOUNT MANUALLY, was in trade equity was +2.5%, they stopped me out and blocked my acount to sent me an email later on saying that i did breach one of thier program rules, they are using hidden rules to fail all the clients,and without giving any explanation,

There has been so so so many glitches. First their frontend company canceled on them and they were down for weeks. Then their broker. Then BTC is wrong on swaps. Then their commission mistake now that has people losing money.
They dont give anything back to people losing time or money. The first time they got people back out of drawdown, only the ones still in a challenge account. So only people got rewarded that have been trading badly. Since then they havent recovered or done anything for the traders suffering from their platform.

Funded engineer is a complete scam. Please don't buy from them. They were already caught for faking payout information, I wonder what else they could be faking... Reviews? I am currently waiting to be paid from them but have been waiting for almost 2 months. They kept saying the money will come "very soon" but it has never come despite me reaching out to them many times. I told someone else about it on their discord and they deleted my message and kicked me out of the server. If you buy from this company it is on you.

I had an issue with my funding challenge and customer support were quick to resolve it.

my account was frozen due to inactivity 1 day ago and when talked with fundeded engineer support staff . . they immediatly reinstated my account as a gesture of goodwill . . i mean who else does these kind of thing . .

they also restated my 2*6k accounts to 10k accounts
when fe had the metatrader issue . .

fe knows customer is the kings . .

I bought a 100k account. Did not trade. Requested a refund. They granted it, said I'd get it within a week. Its been 3 weeks. I've been chasing them on it constantly. They even try to get me to receive payment through crypto instead of my payment method (card) to "speed" up the process. Absolutely terrible customer service. Terrible firm. DO NOT USE THIS FIRM!!! Or you'll be waiting months for your money. Can't imagine the people who reach payouts...

Update - they processed the refund yesterday after I created a huge fuss about it. Still a one star.
