They are very prompt in getting back to you with your questions and inquiries, and they always handle questions and concerns with the utmost professionalism. Delayed shipment refunded
I experienced an issue with a shipment arriving after the expected date. My customer service agent, Hailey, was extremely helpful. I have never had a bad experience with Fullscript customer service.

I've been a Fullscript customer for many years and I continue to receive top notch service from the representatives. They are polite, friendly, helpful. This is something today we don't get too much in the line of customer service. Fullscript carries a good line of products at descent prices. The delivery time is amazingly quick. And I appreciate that Fullscript listens to suggestions to add products to their lists.
