Fullscript's Confusing Setup Cost Me My First Commission
So far, my experience with Fullscript has been disappointing.
I created a practitioner account to support my clients and earn the referral commissions that Fullscript advertises. I referred my first client, who made a purchase, and I entered my banking information the following day. I assumed there would be at least a reasonable grace period before the next commission payout which was not until later.
I followed up with Fullscript a week or two later after seeing there was no commission in their system, or any deposit in my account. I was told that an account doesn't qualify for commissions until after you enter your banking info. Only then does it become a profit account. Any reasonable company would have seen that the info was entered the day after, and would have honored that commission.
The onboarding process was confusing and unclear. It was easy to generate and share my referral link, but it was difficult to ensure that I as the pracitioner was able to earn from it. I really had to dig through their system to even find out how to enter my banking info.
The commission itself wasn't a large amount, but that's not the point. The issue is that a first-time practitioner who made an honest mistake, because of an unclear setup process received no flexibility or goodwill. That leaves me questioning how much Fullscript values the practitioners who bring them new customers.
I hope Fullscript improves its onboarding process and takes a more practitioner-friendly approach in situations like this.

Shipping of Heat sensitive items is not at all good! They use DHL for shipping and then that company transfers the package to USPS. So, it sits for a couple days not going anywhere. I have complained many times and the Company does not care! My most recent order shipped on Sunday, 6-28 and didn't arrive until LATE on 7-6 so I didn't pick it up until the morning of 7-7. The company slaps labels on the box heat sensitive and puts an icepack in that melts within a day or two especially when we are having a heat wave right now! This is not an efficient way to ship ANY supplements especially those that need refrigeration.
5 Stars....Really??
I am not sure where all of these 5 star reviews are coming from. Today my account was charged for an auto shipment that is NOT ON AUTO SHIPMENT in my account profile. Interesting.....I just ordered the exact same product they have sent me from Amazon. Hmm......I wonder how that happens?? Also no easy way to cancel your participation on the website AND, if there is no credit account information VISIBLE in your account, they still manage to AUTO CHARGE FOR AN AUTO SHIPMENT YOU DID NOT AUTHORIZE!! I am not impressed folks; the website alone is a problem.

I ordered from Fullscript and received supplements. They have an auto refill order based on the doctor's recommended doses. I was recommended to use the every 30 day auto refill since the supplements ordered had a 30 day supply. They auto refilled my order to arrive 8 days after I needed them. So I was left without supplements for 8 days, which puts the whole regimen at risk and forced me to go find the products locally and pay more. I contacted Customer Service and they told me I should have ordered the refill sooner, ever though I enrolled in their auto refill service. I was left frustrated and without supplements. It doesn't help they use DHS, which adds shipping time since they have to drop it off at a USPS to do the second half of the delivery. No Thank You. I don't need the headache. I'll shop local.
Superb Client Service
Ana, who was the Emerson Ecologics/Fullscript representative who took my order, was superb in every aspect of our communication and in the ordering process. Difficulties threatened as a product which I wanted was out of stock and the manufacturer of another product had merged with another manufacturer. Ana resolved all issues and in a timely fashion with grace and good humor. Thank you, Ana.
This is a horrible company, horrific service
This is a horrible company. I have spent three hours in the last two days trying to correct my situation. No one answers their phones or emails me back. I keep being told everything is fine but they do not send me my return information. I'm calling my credit card tomorrow and having them refund my money if I do not get a response.

Customer service is the best part! Any questions, missing labs, troubleshooting, creating orders, the response time… is amazing! Someone always answers the phone and the problems are resolved quickly.
Delivery time is unreasonable.
Still haven't received the enzymes I ordered on 5/20. Which I needed for a cleanse protocol. Customer Service and tracking, no help.
For a company in the health industry, making people wait and still not delivering the products they need for their health...is pretty maddening.
Do not use, find a company that has a good delivery system. Tracking showed today....still not here (9PM.) Maybe this is why people turn to Amazon, we try to go support another business and the service just isn't there. BOO,,,,

Lost shipment. Now way to resolve.
They ship UPS but the use the US Postal Service to deliver to your address. I never received the package. My Ring camera shows it was never delivered. I contacted Fullscript and its AI assistance told me to contact the post office. The post office does not recognize the UPS tracking number. Horrible service. I will only buy from Amazon or Costco in the future.....

I just hung up with Devon and it was the best experience I’ve had with FullScripts practitioner support. He was very knowledgeable and stayed on the line to actually assist me to get the changes I was looking for. Excellent service and exceeded expectations!!!
