11/10 Customer Service. Due to the holiday weekend, the flowers I ordered, when shipped, were nearly dead. I emailed FS & they replied to me within 8 hours. Not only were they super understanding, but also sent my gf a new shipment of flowers and a discount code for my next purchase. I already loved this company for their aesthetic—but this just set the bar! I will only be buying flowers online from here & will spread the word more often! Thank you FS for your amazing customer service x

Had a little hiccup with delivery but their customer service solved the problem by reshipping without any hassle!

LATE DELIVERY ON VALENTINES DAY. This business does not take ownership over late deliveries. They'll tell you that it's the third party's fault. Despite having placed my order early January, my Valentine's Day surprise was ruined, I do not recommend this business at all! Very expensive flowers, around $100, to not have been delivered at my desired date. Unacceptable, please avoid!

Fresh Sends not only has beautiful arrangements but they also have a beautiful and kind customer service team. It is so refreshing to shop from a brand that puts your concerns first. I will forever recommend!

Really appealing IG marketing got me to try Fresh Sends. I've been a new customer for 1 month, and I've already purchased from them 4 times. Unfortunately 3 out of the 4 purchases came with issues; mainly shipping issues. What's frustrating is I've ordered many weeks ahead of time to secure an accurate delivery date but you still get notified of the delays ... and yes, it happened 3 times to 3 separate zip codes/locations.

The experience with customer service was good; it doesn't sound like they're populating auto-generated macros, but rather a genuine response which I can appreciate, but 25% happiness rating doesn't make me want to give them a try any time soon... We'll see.

Their pictures and marketing is great, but the freshness of the flowers is nothing in comparison to what is shown on the website.

I sent pictures and zoomed into the browning on the pink roses. I also sent a photo with the brown areas circled. After reviewing the photos, they said that the flowers passed their quality check and proceeded to gaslight me and say that the browning was on the outer ridges and could be picked off, when it was clearly in the center of the bud. They offered a 15 percent coupon off for the next purchase, but their shipping alone is more expensive than the discount that you would get from applying that coupon.

The packaging is great, but you can find fresher flowers locally. Definitely not worth 100 dollars which is the cheapest package you can get including shipping.

Holiday was very helpful in talking me through the process of reordering and was very nice when asking for the information regarding the order. Thank you!
