Здравствуйте! Хочу написать о своём горьком опыте, связанном с этой шаражкой Freezvon. Решила купить виртуальный номер ( знала, что можно купить рублей за 30). Нарвалась на этих мошенников! У них было написано номер стоит 10, обслуживание в месяц 23. Получается 33, но как потом оказалось это было не в рублях, а в долларах (почти 3000рублей). Золотой номер какой-то! Ещё оказалось, что только входящие смс бесплатные, а исходящие 7рублей. Вообще кошмар!!! Человек по незнанию вообще не заметит, что там всё в долларах. Ну вот я купила номер и увидела, что у меня списали огромную сумму! Начала звонить на горячую линию, а до них не дозвониться. Написала на электронную почту. Мне оветили, что возврат сделать не могут, ссылаясь на какое-то соглашение (Согласно нашему Соглашению об использовании,
6.5. Абонент несет ответственность за выбор услуг при оформлении заказа. Оформленный заказ является окончательным и не подлежит изменениям.) Хотя по закону, покупателю обязаны сделать возврат в течение 7 дней за товар купленный в интернете, а тем более мне ещё этот номер не пришёл на тот момент. Когда я дозвонилась оператору, он мне сказал, что он вообще такой информацией не обладает, что передаст моё обращение. Короче, мошенники одним словом! Надеюсь мой отзыв будет полезен!

Спасибо за ваш отзыв.
Мы понимаем ваши эмоции, для нас важен наш имидж и наш сервис. Мы сделали всё возможное, чтобы каждый клиент видел, что на нашем сайте все цены указаны в долларах, валюта баланса личного кабинета также указана в долларах. Даже когда вы пополняете баланс, то сумма пополнения указывается в USD.
Конечно же, мы предоставляем возможность совершить оплату в рублях - деньги конвертируются платёжной системой по актуальному курсу. При совершении платежа с помощью карты у клиента также отображается, какая сумма в USD будет списана.
Каждый клиент перед покупкой номера пополняет сначала счёт и только потом оформляет заказ. Если клиент обращается по поводу возврата средств до оформления заказа, то деньги сразу же возвращаются на его карту или электронный кошелёк.
Но после покупки номера, отмена заказа и возврат средств уже невозможны. Именно поэтому мы добавили пункт в наше Соглашение об использовании, согласно которому, оформленный заказ является окончательным и не подлежит изменениям.
Учитывая закон о защите прав потребителей, услуги для вас были оказаны в срок и в полной мере, здесь нет оснований для возврата средств.

The worst company ever
The worst company ever, we payed for their service for a month, we never used the damn thing, because there always were technical problems, 2 weeks they didn't solve anything, when the subscription finished they were asking us to pay!!!! we never used it, they never solved the problem yet they ask you to pay, morons!

If there were any issues on our side, we prolong the phone number/refund the monthly fee for the unused period. If this was the case for you as opposed to issues with the settings on your IP PBX or softphone (like using wrong SIP credentials which automatically leads to the IP ban to protect your account), please contact us at business@freezvon.com.

SERVICE did not work and no refund after days of support.
We needed a test SMS number for our product testing in Switzerland. We purchased a number at x10 the cost of competitors, as we were recommended their service internally by a developer.
The service took over 24 hours to set up, and when we were informed it was live we began our testing. No forwarding of SMSs worked. We tested via a client mobile to see if SMSs were arriving in Switzerland. We notified support and then spent three days bouncing emails as they found more and more irrelevant questions they could ask. Eventually, we gave up on this company as it was costing too much time and money to resolve. I advice that you USE AN ALTERNATIVE SUPPLIER!!!! Hope our time has not been wasted and you are more productive in your testing.

As a rule, VoIP technologies are a very reliable method of communication, though in some rare cases, there could be temporary glitches in the work of a number. Service is our priority, and that's why we strive to immediately resolve any technical difficulties, related to the works of our local partners, and we are sorry that sometimes it takes more time than preferable.
Chris, after you had contacted us, we immediately asked you to provide us examples of non-delivered SMS, as without data regarding when these text messages have been sent and from which phone numbers, we are simply not able to move forward with this request. We want to help you very much but without this information, it is not possible to test the function of the number with our local partners in Switzerland.
Please note that we offer support to receive SMS from real mobile numbers of the same country as your number for SMS from Switzerland. I.e. real mobile number from Switzerland is able to send SMS to Switzerland mobile SMS number from Freezvon.

I spend a lot of time traveling and Freezvon helped to improve my communication with friends and family tremendously. They provide superior service for outgoing calls. It doesn't matter the country I am in, I can call USA numbers for the same price, which is near 8 cents per minute. Also a huge shout out to their customer support team, they helped me to set up an app in a few minutes. Totally recommend.

Buyer Beware!
Freezcon literally define the meaning of "buyer beware".
They will continue to charge your credit card (always for below £100 so that the Consumer Credit Act doesn't apply) and use an eastern european merchant acquirer who has NEVER honoured a chargeback request in its entire eight year history.
I was charged $50 for a service that was NOT provided. The SMS number DID NOT WORK at any time. I found a much better product for under $10.
My purchase was through CapitalOne who have never dishonoured a chargeback of mine in 20 years. Freezcon continued to try and charge my card multiple times, even after I had cancelled their non-existent "service". I finally had to cancel the card and get a new number from Capital One.
NEVER, EVER, EVER, give Freezcon your credit card number!

For the first time, we see such a fake comment, our regular customers will immediately understand that this is all made up, why you wrote such a blockbuster, we do not understand, but we treat all customers with respect. Our arguments are very simple and anyone can easily verify this, since:
1) We do not have auto-debit from the card, at the level of the site’s functionality, each client replenishes money into the account manually. We can’t deduct money from a client’s card, it’s just a bad fake attempt from your side;
2) We always return the balance from the account, and also return all the money if the service is not provided;
3) In your case, you bought a number and it worked properly (as you wrote to us in a letter in July, you received SMS), if you had SMS that didn’t come, you should apply to us to check why that happened, there may have been a failure at our provider, perhaps the number may not support receiving from all countries (for more information on the availability of numbers, please refer to the link - https://freezvon.com/services/who-can-send-sms-to-virtual-telephone-number), there can be many reasons, there are a lot of complexities in VOIP technologies, but our specialists always help our clients solve any problems s complexity.
4) When you talked with our support manager, you didn’t even ask what our director’s name and you never asked us to connect with him, but here you have invented for yourself who our director is and even added that we threatened you. This is pure fake, it’s just dishonest and ugly to do this, but we still respect you and wish you successful work with another company.

I ordered a phone number for SMS and it worked. When I first registered the account, I paid for the number and thought I may have been scammed. This is because I didn't know that I had to wait 24 hours. However in less than 12 hours, I received my number and used it to verify an account I had AND the verification worked. All in all, it was great but my only concern is that I didn't know that I may have to wait 24 hours for a number.

Sketchy service I am yet to have my number activated after having to go through extensive security checks with Chase Bank. They must have a record of ripping people off. 24 whole hours before a number can be activated. Some on here say it never happens. I'll believe it when I see it. The good reviews are likely fake. They refused to send remaining money back!
After I cancelled the contract I asked their support team to send me the remaining balance back. And their answer was "when you signed the contract you accepted the paragraph XYZ that we won't be sending remaining balances back". However, I've never seen such a rule, or paragraph, or anything like that during account activation. This is a despicable behaviour that deserves not only this warning but many many more of them!
AVOID THIS COMPANY!

Using a German mobile number for calls…
Using a German mobile number for calls from my folks. Huge shout-out to ppl who answer their chat! If they didn’t warn me about proof of local address needed for landlines, that’s what I would order, because I never read stuff not directly in front of me, even if it’s on the same page as where I‘m making the order.
So far, everything’s great here at freezvon.com. With SIP, calls cost me and my folks almost next to nothing, I‘m available to them from anywhere in the world, which, with my job, is a huge plus; what else? Great of them to remind me every month when the due date is, because I basically never remember to pay bills on time. Wouldn’t want to lose it due to non-payment and then order a new one, pay the set-up fee again.
