Virtual numbers as a service require no prior knowledge of VoIP or IP telephony for their use, with our technical support doing the most in terms of configuration. Our more advanced products like Virtual IP PBX allow more self-customization but indeed require some understanding of how PBXs work.

Please remember that receiving SMS/calls for verification is not an intended use of virtual numbers, and we do not encourage you to buy for this purpose.
Secondly, it's important to note that while we do not guarantee verification calls/SMS on our virtual numbers, we do provide comprehensive customer support to assist with any issues you may encounter.

We also clearly outline the limitations of virtual numbers for verification purposes in our Terms and Conditions, which we require all customers to review before making any purchase.

Hi Ali,
We sent a request for information to you so we can found your account and figure out the situation in full.
We would like to also ask you to provide us with the examples of unprofessional manner our support team exhibited, as service is our priority and we take this very seriously.
However, we also would like to point out that if there is any issue with our servers, then SIP accounts/trunks would be down for all users and not just one account. In the last three weeks, we did not experience any downtime on our servers. So it may very well be that there is an issue with your connectivity.
Again, please provide us with more information at business@freezvon.com so we can look into it further and offer you assistance.
We would also like to request you to edit your comment from disparaging and libelous statements such as "fraud". While we do understand your frustration, this does not describe the situation objectively.

Availability of the phone numbers is a subject to change, especially for such rare and popular destinations like Turkey. We provide a wait list in case you want to be notified when the numbers become available and be the first to purchase, while they are still available.
There's no scam in advertising a service that we actually provide but is sold out by the time you sign up.
About deletion of your account: you can do it anytime by leaving a request through our ticket form: https://my.freezvon.com/en/support
About being kicked out of chat: We would like to remind you that we do not tolerate harassment, bullying, or using obscene lexicon towards our support team, and banning a customer exhibiting such behavior from live chat (other means of support such as ticketing are still available) is allowed per our Terms and Conditions.
