Le téléchargement de vidéos YouTube n'importait le son. Question posée à FDM, réponse quasiment par retour de mail et, surtout, précieux conseils pour résoudre ce problème, suivis à la lettre afin d'avoir un résultat parfait.

Hat immer bestens funktioniert und tut genau was es soll, perfekte Integration ins System inklusive. Gut gepflegt, immer updates.

It's the best download manager I've ever used on Linux. It's much better maintained than XDM and has a far more modern UI than IDM. It even has a Chrome extension. And don't even get me started on its priority system—you can prioritize your downloads easily. It also features a 'slow mode,' which is perfect when you want to watch a video but can't because of ongoing downloads. You just turn on slow mode, and you can watch any video you want without lag. 10/10.

Tripled to almost QUADRUPLED my download speeds, no bloatware, quick install. went from 12 mb/s to 40-45 easily.

FDM is the best download manager in the world, and their services are second to tone(in my personal opinion and experience), so I was using Kali linux for a long time and FDM worked normally but when I switched to fedora FDM didn't have binaries for that so I sent them an email asking them to put it in flatpak version so most Linux distros can get it and to my amazement they answered, which I did not expect I thought they would just read it or send it to spam or something, and they said they'll consider it if enough requests come which was reasonable,few months later I see it on flathub and I was so happy they actually did it, downloaded it and sadly it didn't work right away so I emailed them again and explained what happened they answered asked for version number then some back and forth email after every updates until the rust one it actually runed and I couldn't be happier, they have great service and the app is second to None and I thank them alot because its my default download manager and I had missed it alot

Tried to download the file. The file offered did not match what was described on the page, and had the name of a different item.

When I upgraded my Dell PC Windows 10 to an HP Laptop Windows 11, I immediately started having problems downloading videos. I reported the problem to the FDM people, and they responded VERY quickly to install the new app and the problem went away. Just like that. Thanks to the FDM team!

I used this software for years without issue, but now setting upload/download limits no longer has any effect. Whatever I try to download uploads at 10x or more the download speed. Trying to limit upload speeds, or change upload ratios has no effect. For example, I select MEDIUM, set upload limit to 500kb/s, download to 2mb/s -- but FDM continues to upload at 3mb/s and download at 200kb/s. Whatever I do it takes all my bandwith for upload and leaves nothing for download speed.

I don't like Free Download Manager any time I download a YouTube video or a thumbnail picture it doesn't support it and I'm angry that I can't download YouTube videos and thumbnails it used to be good before and now it's getting worse and I'm not using Free Download Manager I am using a different download manager stay away from Free Download Manager it doesn't download YouTube videos or thumbnails it doesn't support it stay away use a different download manager I don't recommend Free Download Manager waste of time

I like the program.
I dislike that it messed up my Tiny11 installation by restoring Microsoft Edge

FDM is the best download manager out there, the ability to fast downloading both direct downloads and torrent downloads really impressed me.

An app you "must have" for downloads. It is great. If somthing is wrong they help immediately. I can recommend them 100%!

Hands down the best downloader, very easy to use, has a good interface that does not look a program from 15 year ago. It's integrated with basically any browser, has a lot of options and customer support Is good.

Great download manager. It`s easy to use, translated to many languages and IT`S FREE. It has clear interface and has NO NAG SCREENS. If you looking for free download manager that supports torrents Free Download Manager is your choice.

É um ótimo gerenciador. Mas, as vezes para de funcionar, deixando a extensão do Chrome trabalhar, o que o torna muito lento e sem opção de saída do site. Quero dizer, você tem que ficar no site até o download acabar!

I've been using FDM for about 2-3 years now and it's pretty much the only good option among download managers which are free. It's also a torrent client, which is neat.

Recently, I had an issue with the app and Support got back to me in just a single day. The devs are definitely dedicated.

I have tried several free download managers and this one is by far the best and it competes with paid ones as well.
