Great service

Frazer james plantation did a survey for a plantation blinds to go in my conservatory,the guarantee of 5 years for a £3400 plantation blinds and a lifespan of 20 to 25 years is not worth the paper it's written on!!! Don't go to Frazer James for your Plantation shutters.The material they use is cheap coated MDF that absorbs moisture..so they say!!
They have refused to put their shoddy work right

There courteous & politeness, when attended ing appointments for queries & fittings is second to none.There vibe that they give off puts you immediately at ease, and they are very professional in the way they conduct themselves. Had blinds fitted & having a quote for a media wall.They also respected my property when doing there fit for my blinds & left the property spotless.

Ordered shutters as recommended by Fraser James . Was worried about the light being blocked. He told me the light would not be blocked. It is blocked the rooms are so dark it’s awful.
3 of the 4 shutters went in easy, just few minor scratches to walls.
The last shutter would not go in, the fitter had saw it down, which took nearly 2 hours, what a mess looked like it had been hacked at. When finally he managed to get it in, scratched all walls and window sill, what a mess on a brand new house!!
Also all shutters should have an attachment on the back for cleaning purposes. Only one came with it on, why would I order only one??
The fitter did say he could take it off, as not the same as the rest, but there would be holes all in the back of it!
Never known a company where you pay upfront, before anything being fitted!!
No aftercare what so ever!
