A £50 call out for a Job which took…
A £50 call out for a Job which took under 5 minutes very expensive and would make me consider using an alternative solution in the future.

It was a good experience
It was a good experience - right from ordering the blinds to having them fitted. From the outset they said it would roughly be four weeks from ordering - and they were true to their word

This company is very easy to deal with from initial enquiry through to the installation. They are efficient, caring and excellent at what they do. You know you are in safe hands. The shutter blinds look amazing and have been expertly fitted. I’m extremely pleased and look forward to more dealings with Fraser James Blinds.

Great service
Friendly, helpful team. Good price and turnaround time. Lindsay, who fit our blinds, was friendly and helpful. Even took our old blinds down for us as we'd not had time yet. Fit was quick, only 30 mins. We are very pleased with our new blinds and would happily use again. Thank you!

Shutter blinds
Polite fitter on time and tided after himself.
One part not arrived. No call or explanation to my husband and explained no apology just wait 6 weeks.
This is disappointing. No compensation of follow up call.

Great service right from start
Great service right from correct advice to measurement and finally fitting.The icing on the cake was the company not only took down the old fittings but took them away for disposal (unlike another local company who insisted for us to prepare the area for fitting the new blinds by taking down the old fittings).
