Bespoke Interior bedroom furniture fitted by Zak and Ned on 10/12/24.
Furniture was expertly fitted and completed within 1 day instead of a day and half which was allocated.
Both installers were very polite and friendly and made sure I was happy with any concerns they or I had.
Both bedrooms left clean and tidy with all rubbish including skirting boards removed off site.
Was apprehensive about using this company for a bedroom fitments but decided to take a risk as the Salesperson impressed me with a variety of ideas he suggested, that a previous company I had used never mentioned and their price was extremely competitive.
There was no need to worry, Salesperson, Sales/Customer service team and Installers from Fraserjamesblinds.co.uk all did a fantastic job.

Friendly sales person, installer very nice guy, property left clean and tidy, confirmation of fitting date could have been sooner, slight problem with the blind fitment but not a game changer.

Delighted with both the Venetian and the pleated blinds, they are lovely, quality blinds. Friendly and efficient staff too.

Excellent service from Fraser James Blinds with the fitting of our shutters. Our experience from start to finish was exceptional. Fraser made the whole experience smooth and effortless from the moment He arrived to measure up for our shutters. He helped us in making the decision to have shutters fitted on our patio door and explained clearly how they would look and how far they would open out which we were unsure about as other companies were unable to provide advice on this. His experience and knowledge was evident and we are so glad we made the decision to follow his suggestions.

The Admin staff at the office were always very friendly and helpful. Zac,Ned and Justin came to fit the shutters and they were friendly and polite and fitted the shutters beautifully and left the house very clean with no mess. We are very pleased with the whole experience,service and finished product. The quote provided was very competitive. We would highly recommend Fraser James.

We ordered some new shutter blinds from FJB for our brand new home and I have to say that we’re over the moon with the quality and results. Wow, they completed a media wall in our lounge and we are so very impressed. A very professional outfit. We absolutely love it. Ned and Zac who carried out the fitting were superb, very accommodating. The quality is fantastic and we would highly recommend them to anyone.

Excellent service from Fraser when he came to measure up for the shutters . The admin staff are so friendly and helpful , very obliging . They had to cancel our original date as the fitter was ill which wasn’t a problem . I explained we were going away the following week on holiday and they managed to fit the shutters on the Friday before . Zac came to fit the shutters , really friendly and polite. He explained everything he was going to do and explained how to look after our new shutters . Zac left no mess at all , very impressed would highly recommend the company

Really happy with our new blinds and shutters for the whole of our house. Our salesman Ian talked us through all our options and offered no pressure when deciding. Thomas our fitter was fantastic and spent time after fitting to show us how everything worked and gave us top tips for looking after our blinds & shutters. Brilliant service was quick fitting

Polite, professional and good communication from the word go. From the lady on the phone, the salesman that came out to us to measure up the windows we wanted blinds for. Also the fitter that installed the several blinds (three different types) for us. We can highly recommend this company for your window blinds.

Everything was explained so good to us, and Ian was so good and spent time doing the measurements and checking it over, what we did notice was soon as he came in he said thank you for using fraser James blinds, and was so easy to communicate with and polite, would definitely use them again,,
