Poor service
Website said available and so we placed the order and paid, but it wasn’t and had a lengthy delay, and finally once available, there was no notification of its arrival date/time. The response was an abject apology. Not good enough!

We offered you an immediate refund but you chose to wait until it came back in to stock, which accounts for the delay you mentioned. We informed you of this date from the outset, which you accepted and the stock arrived within that time period. We notified you that your order was being prepared for dispatch but a technical hitch meant that you weren't provided tracking. Works for me
I did a lot of research before I got this bin I couldn’t decide on the 100L or the 200L.As there’s just 2 of us I decided on the 100L. After 3 weeks I’ve got it up to 57c which I’m really happy about . Instructions are clear ,you just need to follow the ‘ recipe ‘ to achieve good results . I’m really pleased with it

Sturdy moon gate
Excellent, sturdy product. No instructions but easy to put together.

Slight defect to one piece of arch.
When constructing the arch we found a slight defect. We sent pictures by email to Franktons and very quickly received a replacement.
Very easy to assemble and the rose arch looks great

I ordered a Hot Bin, not expecting it to arrive for a while and was surprised days later, when I received the email informing me when delivery would take place. The item was securely packaged and I have started using it. Wonderful product and excellent service from Frankton’s. I have sent in another review for the Hotbin stand I ordered a week later which is situated in place under the Hotbin. I am a satisfied customer!
