No Customer Service
Never recieved my order,supposed customer service phone number is a fake very fraudulent. Emailed and called two weeks straight with no response, and their is a personal voicemail to leave a message on. They handled my response by canceling my order. At the very least for good customer service shouldve sent me free samples as a courtesy or order is on the house for your troubles.

Unlabeled Containers, no customer service
I have submitted feedback that I received the two fragrances I ordered and they were both not labeled with the brand. This is a big miss and I would not know which brand I like if I wanted to buy more. It is a lost opportunity for Fragman. I have not heard back from the Fragman customer service and its been over a week so far.

Not so good experience
I would love to review the cologne I ordered on 6/1/25. Today is 6/14/25 and I still haven’t received my order. My order number is #20601. I checked the status of my order and it just says unfulfilled. I tried contacting fragman via email and haven’t received any response. There is no way on the website to cancel my order so I guess I am out of the money I spent. I hope they see this review and resolve this matter or refund me. As of right now I would advise people not to purchase anything from this business.

Sample is SUPER small and doesn’t smell…
Sample is SUPER small and doesn’t smell like the original. I went to LV and asked for a sample (I’m a loyal customer ) it definitely didn’t smell the same. Package also arrived late and was held up.

I’m very sorry for your disappointment with the sample size, shipping delay, and scent. Our travel sprays are authentic fragrances that we decant directly from the originals, so the scent is 100% genuine — though sometimes differences can be noticed if compared to a paper tester or sample card.

I ordered products on May 24th. Estimated delivery jun2 to 4th well it's 12 June no word no tracking info. Looks like it was never sent. Horrible customer service. I have asked for a refund. Still waiting. I won't recommend this company to anyone.

This company doesn't deliver as…
This company doesn't deliver as promised! I ordered from them on Jun4 with a Jun 7 delivery date. Of course my package didn't arrive by the 7th. I've tried calling them which is a complete joke!! No one will ever answer the phone! So I asked for a refund due to this mistake. I hadn't received any further response after an initial email from a Kinny Gonzales apologizing for not sending my items. Now I receive a message that I'll get my package on the 12th, which doesn't work for me because I leave town for work on that day to be gone for 2 months! They won't refund my money but are sending the package when I'm out of town! I want my money, not the package anymore! They are terrible with customer service and communication!

Complete disappointment
I ordered expedited shipping and they waited almost a week to ship it out. Then told two different stories of why. When you pay extra for something you should at least get refunded for something that didn't happen. Communication is way lower than expected with these guys. What could have been a pleasant ongoing transaction turned into a one and done for sure
