The absolute worst, they never sent out my order and keep sending me a 25% off coupon saying sorry25 lol, why would I use it when I never gotten my first order to begin with? This was a month ago and they keep telling me that their computer system went down and it’s the reason they didn’t send out my order over a month ago, this place is a scam, change your password on your CC

The fragrances never came. Emailed the support team, got a generic, cookie cutter answer. "Internal issues" said it was fixed and my orders would be shipped that day. Emailed them again 2 days later when my order still had not shipped. Ordered on June 15th cancelled June 24th

Terrible there wasn’t enough product in bottles, it took more than a month to arrive. Customer service doesn’t exist no one answers the phone ever! I definitely would neither recommend or buy in the future.

Why can’t I give a zero?!?! Without a doubt the worst online experience I have had. Paid for fragrances. Waited over a week before inquiring about my order. Received no reply. Many days later got some bullshit email about having computer issues. If guy who answers emails is the owner he is a thief, a liar, a con artist and has zero integrity. Kept promising my order was on it’s way but never had any intention of delivering. I contacted my credit card company and placed a provisional dispute against the company with an option to cancel. Now Fragman is basically begging me to remove the chargeback. I found out why. What I did can eventually hurt his ability to do business by raising his interest rates and operating fees. I asked this James guy one last time to just send me a tracking number and I would remove the complaint. He refused of course. I have since found out that he has scammed many others and not refunded them either. I have now escalated the complaint and I hope they take away his ability to do business. Do yourself a favor and contact your credit card company or whatever method you used to pay. File a complaint so he can’t do this to any other unsuspecting customers. I have left bad reviews on every one if his posts on social media and will continue to do so. DO NOT USE FRAGMAN FOR ANY OF YOUR FRAG DECANTS!!!! So many other really great honest decanters out there. This guy is a cancer to our hobby/obsession. Do not allow yourself to be fooled by his nice looking posts and videos. He will absolutely steal your money and ghost you.

Placed my order on the 13th and I am still waiting to receive it

This has been such a disappointing purchase. I placed my order on May 20 and literally just received it on June 26. It was purchased as a gift which was clearly late at this point! I kept being told “oh yes, your order is going to ship out momentarily.” That never happened. Finally opened up the order minutes ago, and not one vile of cologne is labeled! So now I’ve waited over a month for this order and I have 11 different colognes here and I have no clue what is what. This is just infuriating. I’m trying to give a company business. Clearly the packaging folks didn’t do a great job as nothing is labeled. And clearly the customer service hasn’t done a great job by trying to rectify a problem. Honestly, there are so many sites online that you can purchase from go find another one. I want my money back or the correct item sent ASAP. I spent almost $200 for this. Nothing but a headache

Took long to get my order due to logistics, but they immediately contacted me and made things right, great company and great product.

Terrible. Do Not USE.
I placed an order on May 24th. The site said it would ship in 1-2 business days but the item did not ship for over 3 weeks. I contacted them and they said there were issues with customs. I sent 2 more messages and they never responded.
Things got shady when I got an updated the they finally printed the shipping label. I watched the USPS tracking and from the day Fragman printed the shipping label until USPS actually received the package was 4 days. It took an entire month for me to get my package. ZERO communication from the company.
The order was eventually received. The spray nozzle on the bottles is absolute crap, takes 3 pumps before it spits out an uneven distribution.

Delivery was fast and the product was good

Bought the Valentino Roma. Smells amazing. Quick delivery too. Thank you again.

Horrible company. Never buy from these guys. I ordered June 3rd, and it’s now June 21st and the order still says “preparing shipment”

Expressed multiple concerns via customer support and received little to no answer back. Once they did respond back, they provided a terrible corporate excuse and after asking for my money back, was quick to respond (shockingly) letting me know that’s not happening as it doesn’t align with their company policy. Horrible communication, horrible time management, and horrible company overall.

I’ve never left a bad review, so for me to take my time to leave this means there was a serious issue. Take my word and don't buy from these guys

It took 8 days to start the delivery process and when I requested a status, 3 times plus one cancellation request, it was ignored. Afterwards, I was offered a 25% discount by two different sources at the firm.

I received my order and there were No Names listed on any of the fragrances that I purchased.
I've never smelled any of the fragrances I ordered and now I don't which fragrance is which.
I will never order from this site again..

Not a trust worthy seller. Ghosted me after placing order for 2 weeks and ships after that while i selected 2 day shipping. No sense of regret for delaying the shipping

I wish I had looked at this companies Trustpilot review and searched Reddit before ordering from this company. I ordered over two weeks ago and have not received a tracking number. After threatening to start a dispute with my bank I did get an email saying they were experiencing difficulties and shipping yesterday. Still no tracking info. It’s a good thing my bank protects its members from companies like this. Avoid this company at all costs. Edit. More lies from this company. I ended up with a dispute through my bank and getting my money back. I also notified the shop app about this companies bad practices. My order did not ship late. It never shipped at all and then I cancelled and let my bank handle it for me. I still stand by my original review. Avoid this company like the plague.
