I only bought them for the mini grenade bottles
I only bought them because in the description they looked like mini grenades. They showed up in tiny spray bottles I can't hold to spray and the scent aren't very good. I tossed them in the trash,

Hi we didn't deactivate your affiliate link. We had an update that caused us to experience some downtime for approximately 5 minutes, which is why you received the notification. You are still active and have already received all your commission on your 2-week payout, which was due at the end of July. Sorry for the confusion!
Ordered a fair few samples over a month…
Ordered a fair few samples over a month ago, have not received anything. I've reached out multiple times and have gotten the same response, apologies and "it'll be out in 2-3 days". That's been 3 separate times.
If there's a problem, just communicate it. Be straightforward. I've requested a refund at this point but they have so far ignored that. I'm hoping we can rectify before I go to my card company.

I was excited to receive my fragrances after a longer than expected wait time. I was notified and kept up to date on delivery times and the destinations of my package as it was on its way. All fragrances were labeled and smelled better than I had expected!! Looking forward to my next order and would recommend patience as the best things are worth the wait!!

Product is not what is sent. Disappointed
Sadly I will never shop here again or recommend. I ordered what I thought was 3 small collectors fragrance from Billie Elish for my daughters birthday. I received 3 small black bottles with company logo. None are labeled with fragrance the point was for her to have a choice we have no clue which scent is what. Very disappointed. Her birthday is in 2 days and now I am in search of replacement. Very poor advertising.

Our travel sprays are authentic fragrances that we decant into our own vials — they don’t come in the original collector bottles. Each should have a label on the bottom identifying the scent, but it sounds like that may have been missed on your order, which is our mistake.

I absolutely wanted to rate this a 5 ,but sadly I can NOT! I excitedly placed my order for several luxury scents & waited for my package to arrive. After 10days of great anticipation I looked online only to see my order labeled as "UNFULFILLED" . I immediately sent an inquiry & again I received NOTHING! I ordered an 8 pc sampler set of JPG Mens cologne for 80.00. It came well packaged, BUT NOT LABELED. There was no way for me to tell which of the 8 colognes I was wearing. the whole purpose of buying the samples was to determined which I liked to buy a full bottle. when I explained this to the customer service email. James the concierge kept offering a 25% discount on my next purchase and blatantly said we know this is inconvenient so the next time you order use the 25% off code. Sorry.
So here I am with eighty dollars of assorted random colognes, an apology, and no idea of what I am wearing other than it is a JPG remix. But if in the future if you would like to purchase some more random French Men's cologne we will give you a 25% discount for your loyalty.You did not do it right the first time, and will not fix your mistake, why order again? DUH!
This is stupid and the poorest version of customer service EVER!!!
HOW DO YOU NOT LABEL THE SAMPLES OR PROVIDE A KEY TO USE WITH CORRESPONDING NUMBERS TO IDENTIFY THEM?
Buy your fragrances from someone else, this operation seems to be someone who works at Nordstrom who is pumping cologne into a travel vial from a tester and selling them on the side as a hustle to make extra money. Sad really. Keep the money. you obviously need it more than your business, because you will never get anymore from me, and hopefully those who read this won't use you either. Time is not replaceable and you have wasted enough of mine. I hope this helps anyone considering using this company, DONT!!!

I ordered a few travel size colognes to sample. When i placed the order at checkout ship date was estimated 2 weeks so i pulled the trigger, after a week no email with tracking number was sent. I was confused and thought i was scammed so i emailed seller, they were of little help giving me generic answers but still no eta or tracking number for my order. It took them a month to send my order. They offered a coupon for my trouble but i dont see myself using it or doing business with fragman again.

I would not give them any stars except they responded with the same excuses you read on here. It was a week before they told me they had internal issues and provided a 25% off coupon. They said they would immediately ship out my product and they never did. This place is a scam and will report them.
