I can’t believe this I sent four or five emails telling them that my bottle was broke send them pictures and they never got back to me. I guess this is how they handle their business by giving you broken bottles so frustrated and I paid $74 for a very small bottle with maybe 20 sprays. It was an expensive perfume so frustrated with this company do not buy from them.😡 they will rip you off!!!
Yes, you did. Send me my perfume, but it took forever. I thought I was gonna get ripped off, but you did make it right. You only sent me three perfumes.

Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service, order expidited shipping and item was shipped 3 weeks later. They pretty much said "sorry, theres nothing we can do" after I asked to cancel the order.

Disappointing Service and Sloppy Presentation
I paid for express shipping on May 10th, and my order didn’t arrive until May 29th (almost three weeks later). There was no communication or apology for the delay. I emailed about it May 23rd (2 weeks later) and was told it was about to ship. No acknowledgement of my express when I addressed it. Even worse, none of the five 5 ml decants I ordered were labeled. That means I have no way of knowing which fragrance is which. An unacceptable oversight when customers are paying for premium scents. This was my first order from Fragman, and based on this experience, it will be my last. If you value timely delivery and basic professionalism, look elsewhere. The fragrances I did get were authentic and smelled great though. But even that can't get this a 2nd star.

I purchased $300 worth of decals to see if I wanted to purchase the full size. All the decals came unlabeled so I have no idea what perfume is what if I like it and two of them were empty. When I contacted customer service, they asked me for repeated pictures, which I probably sent which they asked for the pictures again and again, and did nothing to resolve the problem
