Ordered gloves and goggles delivery received without the gloves. Contacted them told they were out of stock even though invoice said they were in the box!! Told they would issue refund immediately. Still no refund and no responses. So raising as fraud as they have my money and I don’t have the product.
AMAZING warranty service! A++++
Have to say I was bummed when I blew my shock out... yet, when I contacted Fox the said it was still under warranty. From the day I put it in the mail to the time it showed back up to my doorstep, it was 8 days!! Sent Weds got it back the following Thursday! Meaning their insanely quick turnaround, only took one weekend away from my riding! A++++++

Still waiting for a refund after sending back a helmet over 6 weeks ago. I keep getting the usual standard email about refunds taking up to 4 weeks. Will email yet again.

The worst customer service I’ve ever…
The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Won’t answer phones bc of “the virus” and slow to email responses. None of my addresses worked in their system to ship to me, and finally the post office general delivery address worked. And then I was notified it was being returned to sender and couldn’t deliver to me. They wouldn’t even send my order again, only telling me I will be refunded when it gets back to them. Customer service agent refused to send me my package back or a new one. Do not waste your time purchasing from this company.
Goods Returned But no Refund or Replies
Purchased mountain bike trousers via the Uk website. Had no idea the order would be fulfilled from Netherlands.
Unfortunately they were a poor fit so I returned them via Parcelforce at the cost of £11 tracked. They were delivered quickly but 10 days later no refund. There is also no reply from the Customer Services line.
Would definitely not trust them and avoid at all costs.
Deplorable experience
Deplorable experience. After 3 weeks of endless un-answered emails, I logged on to find my order was cancelled and not even refunded 3 weeks later. Called and they are closed for calls.
Absolutely terrible company
Absolutely terrible company, returned goods to them 3 weeks ago and still no refund. Emailed them about this problem and no reply. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE unless you like giving your money away. Utterly disgusting customer service.

Can’t give them zero stars so one is generous. I ordered some gloves from them almost a month ago and after my roommate who hade ordered his items a few days after me received what he ordered I looked at the status of my order and they were not shipped at all. They are more than willing to take your money but trying to go through the process of getting a refund is a nightmare with a series of hoops to jump though to even get a response. I understand that we are all going through tough times right now, but my work has not been offset because we have to follow a few more safety procedures, and it should not be an excuse for incompetence. From now on I will get all of my motorcycle gear from RevZilla.
Bought mtb gloves
Bought mtb gloves. After less then a week, stitching was gone where leather meets fabric. Also purchased enduro knee and elbow pads for £75 each and again stitching is so poorly made. Prints are peeling off after just few washing cycles. Stay away. You will save some money and will be happier without a fox logo. I wrote review on fox website and fox removed it. This is not how you treat customers. I will not buy anything from them in future.
No answers to Fox helmet safety issues after nine months of emails
I'm very concerned about the safety of the Fox Proframe helmet. It split open after a mild impact with an earth bank. I sent a pile of questions to Fox support and was told these would be answered promptly. Nine months later they still have not provided any answers despite constant reminder emails sent.
Very disappointed that Fox does not take their helmet safety seriously enough to even answer my questions.
Online services don’t answering
I love the product just the online service hasn’t been all the greatest. I purchased a hat for my daughter thinking its a toddler size like my sons but I received an adult size. They haven’t answered my emails back yet. Really would like the help before summer really starts or even ends.

Horrible customer service. Placed an order, two holds on my credit card, no order confirmation, several days later and nothing has shipped and no way to call customer service.
Dubbele bestelling als je er 1 besteld.
Een broek besteld. Krijg er 2 dezelfde binnen(apparte pakketen), vertellen ze mij dat er twee bestellingen geplaats zijn. Dit is dus niet het geval er is echt maar 1 bestelling bevestigd. Heb mijn credit card gegevens ingevuld ben teruggegaan om mijn account in te loggen, toen heb ik weer mn gegevens ingevuld en besteld toen pas kreeg ik ook in beeld bestelling bevestigd.
Ik ga ervan uit dat dit een grote fout van de site is. Dit willen zij echter niet oplossen met mij en ik kan de kosten voor het retouren betalen.
De klantenservice is ook echt niet behulpzaam of vriendelijk.
NOOIT meer dat ik hier nog iets ga bestellen!
Absolute horrible customer service
Absolute horrible customer service. I wish I had seen the reviews here before purchasing from them. For such a big company, you would think they would be more understanding about issues with their products! I placed a large order above $500 and one of the items did not work out at all and did not match the description on the website. They were so rigid (scratchy material) they even irritated the skin of the person using them. I told them this and they said they couldn't do anything and didn't even offer a (even small) discount code to buy another pair more in line with what the person needed. If this isn't total bad customer service I don't know what is. Would possibly buy products from the brand again because of the typically great quality, but definitely through another online store/third party seller.
Awful customer service, bad resoultion
Awful customer service, low quality product. Purchased what is listed as "premium" moto pants and in less than 5 wears the buckle had broken! Contacted customer service and they're sending me a new buckle that I'll need to take and have sewn on at my expense! $135 pants that broke in less than 2 months!
Do not make it clear you are buying from abroad (making return cost extortionate)
Fox Racing do not make it clear prior to purchasing that you have to return items to the Netherlands - which costs a fortune - leaving you trapped. I do wish they would be more clear / honest.
