Ordered my product waited 10 days for delivery and received an email from UPS stating no one from Fox would action the request email from shipping quarantine so my order was returned to sender, now no refund no product no customer service as i've tried calling support every day since with no answer. Shocking service Fox.

In december 2020 een bestelling geplaatst.
Een besteld artikel nooit ontvangen, maar wel betaald. Nu medio mei 2021 nog steeds geen geld terug ontvangen, het gaat toch om €250!!
Meerdere mails gestuurd waar geen reactie op komt en telefonisch zijn ze helemaal niet te bereiken!

I originally ordered a Speedframe helmet which arrived within the delivery time of five business days.
I didn't like the colour of the visor so I ordered a black one.
I was given tracking details with UPS (Another joke of a company).
All started off well. Then we hit the customs brick wall over the channel.
No movement for around three weeks, then the visor was returned to Foxhead Europe (NOT Foxhead UK) so everything we order comes from the EU.
After several calls and emails Foxhead "EUROPE" said they would reimburse my shipping costs & they gave me a 20% discount code to use within the next six months.
It's fast approaching six weeks since I was told I would receive my shipping costs, but have received nothing.
On the plus side, I did eventually receive my visor, which took nearly two months.
Now a 20% discount is about as much use as swimming shorts to an Eskimo as I most definitely won't be ordering anything from Fox again.
While waiting for my new visor, I tried calling them, I was on hold for 2 hours, 1.5 hours & last of all 3 hours. At this point I emailed them & told them 'they're a sack of ****'.
Fox..... You're a absolute joke & I won't purchase from you again.
The irony is that every time I wear my new helmet, I advertise Fox.

If i could leave no stars i would, shocking customer service, returned goods over 4 weeks ago and now saying they have not received despite me sending them tracking info, proff of delivery etc. AVOID at all costs as you will lose your money !
Worst company ever
I bought a helmet which was too small and i want a bigger one.
I've been trying to contact FOX for over 2.5 weeks now with no answers.
I have called them 8 times and left messages, but they never call me back.
I have emailed every single email they have, but no answer from any of them.
This is for sure the worst experience i've had with a company ever in my life.

For such a large brand that has been around since 1974 the after sales and communication is absolutely diabolical and
I’d advise anyone to be careful when purchasing direct from their website..

Ordered a birthday gift 3 weeks ago, some items from my order were out of stock but have still not received my remaining items. Birthday came and went, No response from emails and can't contact them on the phone. In an age of online retail this service is not acceptable. Will never order from you again
Shockingly bad.
I wish I had checked this site before ordering from what I thought was a well respected brand. As with so many others, UPS tracking said item was returned to sender. Almost a month later and several emails which they didn't bother to reply to, I sent a message via Paypal which has also been ignored. The customer service number also has nobody answering the phone and when you try to leave a message you get cut off. I have now had to file a claim via Paypal and am hoping to get my money back soon. I won't be buying anything from Fox again. Absolutely shocking.

Ordered 3 items on March 1st. Here we are 7 weeks later. Nothing received. No reply to the 5 emails we have sent asking what is going on. 1 hour wait on the phone to then be told the voicemail box is full. This is the 22nd century for God's sake! Invest in some telecoms or a callback service or hire some people to respond to the emails. We have now contacted our bank to decline the purchase and contest the payment, which I think will be successful. Will never ever ever ever ever deal with this company online again. Just find a shop that deals in their kit and buy it from them. A total disgrace bordering on fraud.

After ordering a drop frame helmet over 5 weeks ago I have been constantly emailing and calling customer service spending over an hour on hold at a time with no answer and with no answer to any of my emails. The item has been return to sender by ups for what ever reason. Can believe this from such a big company very very poor show, will not be using them again making me fight for my money back obviously they can see the item has been returned by ups so where is my money?

What a joke. I ordered goods on 13th March. Was told some story about COVID and Brexit. Chased up initially and was able to get through but no chance now - recent call over 45 minutes - hung up. No response to tickets or emails. I think they're snowed under.Won't be ordering from their website again!!

So after zero customer services I have finally made contact with them after messaging on all social media sites. My refund has been received in my bank account. Lots of apologies etc, and my faith has been restored with ordering from Fox again. Don’t give up trying to contact them, there is someone out there!!
Shocking company
Shocking company, took my money and the goods were dispatched then returned before ever being delivered. Despite numerous emails and weeks of waiting still no reply. I will be contacting my credit card Monday to reclaim my money.

Had to resort to reporting as a fraudulent transaction with credit card. Terrible service by an established brand that should know better.

Have sent 2 emails. No response (only the automatic acknowledgment). Sent the item back at the cost at my expense of £15 for tracked mail, only for them not to accept the item from the courier, so courier returned to sender. What a shambles of a company. Will put a claim through Credit Card. Avoid at all costs.

Unbelievable. Super angry right now.
