C’est ma première expérience avec Livewell, et pour un début de traitement ils ont été tout simplement excellents et très professionnels, tant sur le plan du suivi médical que des conseils judicieux permettant de faire les meilleurs choix de traitement.
Les praticiens sont à l’écoute, soucieux de notre bien-être, et offrent des recommandations avisées et personnalisées.

Poor communication and pushy
You deal mainly with an AI platform that doesn’t communicate effectively. They will continue to send you rx after you request it to stop to the point of harassment. You can’t reach anyone directly to express your concerns or get a question answered. They tried to get me to get a refill in a rx that was canceled. They are very ridiculously frustrating to deal with. I do not recommend

Livewell is very effective!
This company is very effective. They gave me the opportunity of trying to get my weight under control. My own family doctor claimed i wasn’t eligible, for I’m less than 20-lbs to my goal weight. The medicine Livewell prescribed has been wonderful. I can turn my nose up at my favourite deserts. I’m a winner cos I’m a loser!
