I placed an order for asics and I received an email that the size I had ordered wouldn’t be able to be shipped out due to it being damaged from someone trying on in the shop. Ellie was soon quick to help and provided options on what I could do. Ellie was excellent the whole way through and kept me updated on every step. Shoes then arrived soon after and are perfect!

Originally started of not great with paying 1-3 day delivery, and did not hear anything for a couple of days. But sent one more email and within 5 minutes a rep from the forever sourcing team called me personally to say that the shoes I bought was bought the same day I ordered and they had a half a size up. They offered to refund or to order the next size. I agreed with the next size up and they refunded my 10 for express delivery. They also kindly sorted next day delivery as the shoes are needed in a short period off time. Thankyou for the help and the quick resolution to the problem

Amazing customer service! I stupidly ordered the wrong size in a 2 piece set and contacted them to ask if it could possibly be changed. The item I wanted did not stock the size I required but he went above and beyond to find me an alternative set that would match the item which I was very pleased with and ensured I received this on time despite MY mistake as this was a present. The item was packaged beautifully and with care and I would most definitely buy from here again! Thank you so much :)

Nice and fast experience

Ordered a Nike t shirt from here and paid £10 for delivery (1-3 business days) it’s been about a week and I still haven’t received my order I’ve reached out and emailed them twice regarding this and asking if there’s any updates on where my order is and they still haven’t got back to me. Forever sourcing had allowed me to purchase footwear that I struggled to find elsewhere. So grateful I could get them here as I was starting to lose hope. The only thing I would say is that after the order confirmation, I hadn’t heard anything else for a couple of weeks so was beginning to worry that my order wouldn’t come, I had contacted by email and social media for an update but never heard anything back. The next day I then had confirmation that the parcel was shipped and I then received my order a few days after that.

You can’t go wrong with foreversourcing . I ordered a Nike miler forest green and got it within 3-4 days . The jacket is not even for sale where I live near but they’ve got it . It’s authentic and real . If you find something that you like from foreversourcing but you don’t know if it’s real or not . Trust me it will be worth it if you buy it . Everything they sell is real and you can even ask them questions about it if you want .

great service fast deliver was unsure to use or not as was a site a hadnt heard of but trusted the reviews and very happy a done so managed to get my son an item he was struggleing to get eles were in his size and fair priceing also very happy will return again in the future

Decent only place that had the t shirt

I was a bit wary ordering as I hadn't heard of the company before, however I didn't need to worry! I received the order very quickly and when I needed to exchange part of it for a different size it was very easy. Callum called me directly once he received my email and arranged everything for me. Brilliant, will be ordering again soon!

Ordered trainers took payment immediately after hearing nothing for 4 day's i asked to cancel the order.

This is one of them companies that once you ask to cancel their reply is your item is being despatched. A week later I again asked them to cancel the order and pointed out my rights under the distance selling regulations. Their reply was laughable stating that after you place an order you have a maximum of 1 hour to cancel before it it is processed by their despatch department.

This is a one man and his dog type of outfit not a huge international company they send you nothing and when you do get your refund after weeks they keep the postage costs when they posted nothing. And you are entitled to a full refund including postage cost's by law under the distance selling regulations.

Should you be unfortunate enough to have used this company and have problems go to your card issuer and ask for a chargeback
