Firstly, I’d like to apologise for the delay with your order - we completely understand how frustrating this can be, and we appreciate your patience.
I can see that your order was placed just before Christmas using our standard delivery service (4–8 working days). At that time, we were also running a Christmas guaranteed delivery service, which ended on the 22nd of December.
As this was a paid-for service with guaranteed arrival before Christmas, those orders were prioritised to ensure they reached customers in time, with standard delivery orders being dispatched shortly after.
Due to the Christmas and New Year period - including weekends and bank holidays - there were fewer working days than usual, which did result in a slight delay beyond the expected timeframe. That said, we do acknowledge that there was a delay with your order, and for that we sincerely apologise.
We never like our customers to experience delays, and we truly appreciate you bringing this to our attention. Thank you again for your order and for your understanding.

It was the first time I’d used Forever Sourcing but I will now be buying all my trainers from them. The whole process was quick easy, and I was constantly updated about the delivery, which gave me complete peace of mind.
They have a great selection of trainers and I was very cool to be able to find a pair that were a little bit different to what I’d seen on the high street.

So happy with the service from Forever…
So happy with the service from Forever Sourcing after searching all well known retailers i couldn’t find the trainers my son wanted in stock. I was worried about making an order with these as I’ve never heard of them before, However I was so wrong as I made this Order on Friday evening saw it was a delivery time of 4-8 working days and with it being a busy time period I was worried I wouldn’t get them in time for Christmas, I have just received the order on Sunday morning less than 2 days after I made the it and the trainers are perfect my sons going to be very happy Christmas morning thank you!

Excellent service! I bought the essentials tracksuit bottoms & bought the hoodie elsewhere as I couldn’t get the size. After receiving the hoodie the colour was wrong so I sent it back. Forever Sourcing managed to get me the correct colour & even contacted me before sending just to check the colour was correct. I was so happy they did this as I wasn’t aware that the tracksuits are seasons. So I received the hoodie and its the correct colour to match the bottoms. I’m so pleased with my purchase & my nephew will be very happy on Christmas Day! I recommend 100% you won’t be disappointed.

Ordered asics venture gel 6 for my son…
Ordered asics venture gel 6 for my son for Christmas was worried about getting them on time or them not coming. Decided to go with this company based off their reviews and how they replied to them. Made the right choice ordered on a Thursday dispatched Friday and delivered Tuesday.

Don't waste your time
After waiting for my parcel, i had an email to say my order was cancelled because of my address. Which is wrong as my address was correct. More like you cancelled it because u didnt have it in Stock.

We’re really sorry that we were unable to fulfil your order and get the UGGs sent out to you.
The cancellation was actually due to an issue with TikTok and the information provided on the order. Unfortunately, there was no house or flat number showing for us on the shipping details.
We contacted TikTok two or three times and asked them to reach out to you for the missing information, but we never received a response from them.
Due to TikTok’s fulfilment time frame, any order that isn’t completed in time is automatically cancelled on their system.
We didn’t select a cancellation reason ourselves - this was done automatically once the time limit was reached.
We completely understand your frustration and we are very sorry for the inconvenience caused.
If you’d still like the UGGs, please feel free to contact us directly via email, as we do currently have that pair in stock.
