We had an amazing time with Foraday. Learning more about Italian cuisine and tradition was an absolute pleasure with Imma and the host family. Everyone was very welcoming and friendly. They loved having conversations with us while also cooking 3 different courses to the meal. I would recommend this to anyone coming to Ischia. It was the best thing we did on the island.

Gli è piaciuto molto avere conversazioni con noi mentre cucinavano anche 3 piatti diversi per il pasto. Lo consiglierei a chiunque venga a Ischia. È stata la cosa migliore che abbiamo fatto sull'isola.

We were in Italy for 13 days, this was by far the best experience of the whole trip. Louisa, our interpreter gave us a brief history of the Barano village including the traditional dance "Ndrezzata" by the local men. Then we met our hosts Lily Anna, Nino and Mary Angela. Everyone was so incredibly nice and genuine. We learned how to make several delicious "from scratch" recipes that have been passed down for generations. We witnessed the pride in growing your own food, especially as it relates to the importance of fresh ingredients. Then we all dined together. It was an AMAZING experience!! The best part is we learned that cooking together with family and those you love is the most important ingredient.

Thank you Lily Anna, Nino, Mary Angela and Louisa, We will never forget this wonderful experience.

I wanted to take a moment to share my appreciation for Imma, who was our guide during our recent tour. From the get-go, her warm and personable approach truly stood out. She was engaging in manner that truly enriched our experience. With Imma by our side, our trip was elevated to another level, making it even more memorable than we had imagined. Imma gave us a fabulous tour of the Castle and the entire island of Ischia. Beautiful views from the top of the castle and across the island. Imma was warm and welcoming and made our day feel like we were with a friend. A wonderful experience on a beautiful island. I highly recommend both Imma and a tour to Ischia!

My wife and I did a vintage Ape car tour and were lucky enough to have Imma and Giovanni as our guide and our driver. Imma could not have been more sweet, kind, and so knowledgeable about all of the wonderful things that make Ischia so amazing. We could have spent the entire day chatting with her! Giovanni was like a local celebrity! Almost every car we passed waved to him or vice versa. This will be a tour we will remember the rest of our lives!

We went on two tours with foraday guides to the Castello Aragonese d'Ischia and Mt. Epomeo. Both tours, one led by Victoria and the other led by Benny, were phenomenal. They were both deeply knowledgeable about the history and culture of Ischia, and answered all of our questions. It was such a wonderful experience! We highly recommend them for trips in Ischia.

We had a fantastic time on our scooter tour with Luisa! We wanted a local perspective on the island, and she provided it perfectly. Was very helpful and answered all of our questions. Plus, we stopped for some delicious cafe and panini!

We enjoyed our hike up Mt Epomeo with Victoria!! She was a wonderful guide and had tons of interesting facts + anecdotes about life on Ischia. We had a delicious meal to top it all off.

A belated review but what a wonderful experience from pick up to drop off! Imma was kind and knowledgeable and was a great guide. The Peroni family was so warm and welcoming and delightful. The food and drink was absolutely amazing. This experience was the highlight of our two week trip in Italy. This is a must if you are traveling in Ischia, a truly unforgettable experience!

Thank you Foraday Travel for a memorable experience. Our group enjoyed cooking with Nino and Liliana in their welcoming home. They were the kindest hosts and we had the most amazing dinner.

This local Italian cooking class in Ischia was truly one of the highlights of our honeymoon!

The bolognese we cooked in the cooking class was actually our favorite meal of the trip! Proof that simple fresh ingredients are what make up a great meal. Our hosts were so gracious, had a beautiful outdoor kitchen setup, grew all of their own veggies, fruits, herbs and made their own wine and limoncello. They gave us a tour of their gorgeous property and wine cellar and we enjoyed it so much!

Imma was such a great translator, translating every word that was said and helping us to learn more about our hosts and their backgrounds. We had the most amazing time learning more about Italian culture and cuisine. She was so friendly and accommodating, it felt like we’d known her forever! She took many photos for us documenting the process and great memories from our honeymoon.

Would absolutely recommend this to anyone visiting Ischia. If we go back we’ll definitely do it again!

Amazing wine tour experience with Imma! Our group enjoyed learning about local wine culture - we had a fantastic day!

Our family had an absolutely amazing day of authentic, artisanal Ischitano cooking experiences at Lilliana & Nino’s beautiful outdoor kitchen, garden and wine cellar. This is truly a sublime family experience end to end.

Giorgio was super professional and timely on our pick up & drop off and he even indulged us in a local gelato at Masa di Casamicciola on the way back to our hotel. Vittoria our tour guide was supremely knowledgeable and acted as an expert translator between our hosts and the non-Italian speaking members of my party. Her English is amazing and only matched her local knowledge and insight if Ischia. However, the real gem of the day was spending an afternoon with our hosts Lilliana and Nino in their outdoor kitchen and garden making the most amazing, sublime food. We made bolognese from scratch, tagliatelle from scratch and tiramisu from scratch. Our kids had expert guidance from Lilliana and Nino and our translator Vittoria during the cooking process. We tasted Nino’ wine - the white and red homemade are amazing. We had a wonderful meal and I honestly feel like I have known Lilliana and Nino forever. I felt like I was eating my nonna and nonna’s calabrese kitchen. They are the most awesome, generous hosts. I HIGHLY recommend spending an afternoon cooking and eating with this team.

Giorgio driver professionalism and punctuality made a significant impact on our experience in Ischia. From the moment we met him, it was clear that he was dedicated to providing exceptional service. His knowledge of the area and ability to navigate through traffic ensured that we arrived at our destinations on time, every time. He made sure that every aspect of our transportation was well-organized and executed flawlessly. It was a relief to know that we could rely on him for our transportation needs, allowing us to focus on enjoying our time in Ischia. On Ischia our tour guide Benny was fantastic and the tour was very informative and fun riding around in the Italian three - wheeler. We had a really fun day with both the driver and Benny our guide and with all the stops and wine tasting at the end. I had to say that I enjoyed doing a tour or having something planned one day and then the next to do as we pleased. We went to the beach and thermal pool area by the hotel and that was another wonderful experience that we enjoyed. They also gave us dinner suggestions that we truly loved. Our entire time on Ischia was 5 star - plus - plus!!!! Nadja
