I been purchasing fly boxing equipment…

I been purchasing fly boxing equipment for the past 3 years, I have used x line and the premium 16oz, both of them have felt incredible for sparring. One time they sent me the incorrect size and they quickly exchanged them for the correct ones. Excellent customer service and quality goods, I just hope they release a professional boxing glove that is available 24/7.

Perfect Training Partner

Clothing from Fly fits perfectly, both for training and casual wear and the quality is very good. The Fly hand wraps are comfortable and there's plenty of colours to choose from. The longer wraps do tend to sell out quickly, but that's a sign of a good product. Delivery was fast, and I had everything I needed in time for fight night x

Poor customer service. Can’t return items.

Bought some gear that was a poor fit for me. Tried to contact them for the process of return. Never heard from them. Sent multiple emails. Only way to contact is via email.

Very poor customer service. Now I have to try and sell these on for a much lower price when they’re brand new.

I ordered the Super Bar x Line…

I ordered the Super Bar x Line headguard. It moves around too much and the size is too big. I have tried to contact them several times to return the item and change it for the cheek line headguard.

The customer service is so slow, I haven’t received any response.

The real shame is I have bought a lot of equipment from fly and they don’t appreciate their long time customers. I am really considering not using them anymore.

Ordered boxing boots from overseas

Ordered boxing boots from overseas, they sent a wrong size and denied it, I have to pay shipping cost (very expensive from Europe) to return the goods and still don’t have money back from them, meanwhile ordered again the size I needed and they sent second time the wrong size again, I wrote them 4 emails asking how to resolve it as I refused to pay shipping cost (second time) to send it back as this was again their mistake , they just replied that I ordered the size they sent.., I sent them screenshots of my order to prove it’s not true and no answer since , the worst customer service ever!!!!!!! Don’t buy stuff from them as you have not chance to return it! No chance to speak to customer service on the phone , they have just email on their website, the phone contact doesn’t exist, I am very disappointed, as I really like the stuff they sell !
