I couldn't be happier with my Fly…

I couldn't be happier with my Fly boxing gear. The gloves are absolutely fantastic the comfort is on another level and the quality is outstanding. I've tried many different pairs of boxing gloves over the years, but these are by far my favorite. I chose the black and gold design and I absolutely love how they look. They feel as good as they look. From now on, Fly will be my go-to brand for all of my boxing equipment. I'm 100% satisfied with my purchase, and I'll definitely be ordering all my future gear from Fly. Highly recommended!

Je suis extrêmement déçu par mon expérience avec cette entreprise.

J’ai passé une commande d’une valeur de 257 €. Lorsque j’ai récupéré le colis, les articles que j’avais payés étaient absents. J’ai immédiatement contacté le service client, fourni des photos et expliqué la situation en détail.

Malgré cela, l’entreprise s’est exclusivement appuyée sur l’enquête de DHL, les relevés de poids du colis et l’autorisation de livraison sans signature pour refuser tout remboursement ou tout renvoi des produits. Aucune véritable solution ne m’a été proposée. On m’a simplement répondu qu’il n’y avait « rien de plus à faire ».

Je trouve cette attitude profondément décevante. Lorsqu’un problème survient sur une commande de cette valeur, j’attends d’une marque qu’elle accompagne son client, cherche une solution équitable et assume ses responsabilités, plutôt que de se retrancher derrière la position du transporteur.

Après de nombreuses démarches restées sans issue, j’ai été contraint d’ouvrir un litige auprès de l’émetteur de ma carte Visa afin d’espérer récupérer mon argent.

Au vu de mon expérience personnelle, je ne recommande absolument pas cette entreprise. Si vous décidez malgré tout de commander chez eux, sachez qu’en cas de problème de livraison, obtenir une aide concrète ou une résolution satisfaisante peut s’avérer extrêmement difficile.

Tu peux aussi terminer par une note si la plateforme le permet :

(1/5) — Très bonne communication jusqu’au moment où un problème survient. Une fois le paiement encaissé, le client se retrouve seul face à la situation.

Bought some gloves for my son’s…

Bought some gloves for my son’s birthday. The gloves are unsuitable for him unfortunately when he’s tried them on.
They’ve literally been taken out of the box once and tried on - then put straight back in the dust bag.
Contacted Fly to see if I could return, and was told no as was just outside their 14 day returns policy. I explained the gloves were bought as a present so couldn’t be tried on until a certain date, they were unworn and barely out of the box etc.. I also explained that the refunded money would mean that my son would be able to buy some gloves that fit, otherwise we’d be unable to do so.. to be given a pretty blunt reply by Sophie that that is their policy. Asked to speak to a supervisor/ manager, and have been ignored.
Sadly I will not be buying from Fly again due to their poor customer service.
