Very poor qualit I bought the gloves as a birthday gift for my boyfriend and had them customized. After just one use, they started coming apart. The quality is very poor, especially considering the high cost and taxes. I definitely do not recommend them.

I purchased boots I December for my son who competes as a high level amateur boxer.
When they arrived they seemed high quality, similar to Nike and the other brands used in the past.
Over this time and with very little use the insoles become detached and loose from the boots making them unwearable, due to the blisters being caused.
I contact fly about the issue and was told due to the boots being purchased 7 months ago, they will do nothing about the issue.
He has had several different brands off boot in the past with no issues similar to this, that all carry at least a years warranty.
I communicated this to fly and they never responded back.
It is disappointing that they would not even look at the boots for quality assessment.
I would not recommend using them.

Quality products brilliant equipment, but the return policy is BS, I sent back some hand wraps and they refunded the money onto my account. I have got to order something and the returned money on my account isn't on there now so they took the money I payed for and they got the hand wraps back as well done me like a kipper

This was my second order of this high quality boxing equipment.
My delivery was delayed for a week. Support crew was really reactive, they resolved my case in 2 days period, helping me all the way.

I was really surprised by how polite the support crew were.
Will be using there equipment on a full basis.
Totally recommend Fly boxing gear

I have been a regular returning customer to Fly for years.I have 5 pairs of the premium gloves,pads,groin guard and head guards,plus loads of clothes.
I think they are the best on the market,the new gloves are incredible!

I just get my my fourth pair of fly gloves and my first superlace 2 and they are obsolutely perfect all the little « problems » from the fist version has been corrected, they are perfectly build. And the costumer service was able to deliver a quick answer to all my question.

The item got shipped sooner than expected. The groin guard fits nice and the white color has a nice pop to it.

I bought a pair of Superloop 16OZ. After only 8 months the seams opened up and that is not okay on a "premium glove". If I can expect Fly's "premium products" to last only 6 months, there are other alternatives that actually deserve to be called premium. I have used Winning before but bought a pair of gloves from Fly to test. Unfortunately I was very disappointed. So future purchases for me and those at my club will be with a quality brand where the gloves last more than six months.

Emailed flysports . 24Feb2025. It’s 27 today. Haven’t received any response. They lack customer support thus can’t be trusted much. For folks ordering from outside of Uk/US, try to alternatives. As there is poor customer support and return issues.

I've bought many products from Fly and couldn't speak more highly of the brand and it's products. Simply the best in the business. A**

Terrible customer service. I bought a pair of gloves from Madrid - Spain at the start of December to make sure shipment got here all right. Received and realized a should have ordered 14oz instead of 12oz, contacted FLY to let them know I was interested in returning, but in Spain Christmas gifts happen on January 6th, so needed to hold the gloves to have the gift on that day. On January 8th I tried to send gloves back to get the different size, not asking for a refund and clarifying that any other design would be fine, and I was told about the freaking 14-day return policy. This is awful flexibility and understanding of cultural/calendar differences. If FLY does not accommodate those things, please sell your stuff in the UK only. I certainly won't have this problem again, but other might. Come on, it was just a simple swap I was requesting. Very bad customer service...

Love the gloves comfortable premium material worth the money

Having made quite a few purchases over time I am always pleased with the quality of the products.
We had one issue with a fault on one boot. Fly immediately said sorry and arranged replacements within 48 hours. Quality boxing gear is expensive so choose your supplier carefully. You can trust Fly is what I have learned.
