Really good quality on the storm boots, I am surprised that they are comfortable due to my past experience with other boxing shoes. Helpful staff that answered my emails quickly, I’m satisfied with my purchase.

My daughter wanted a pair of Fly Gloves for her birthday. I checked the delivery for custom gloves and they quoted 4-7 working days. I ordered the gloves 10 days before her birthday.

The 4-7 working days came and went. No notification that the order had shipped. I waited a couple more days then emailed them. They responded and said delivery was 4-7 working days but could be longer if they were busy.

My daughter’s birthday came and went. Still no notification the order had shipped. After 14 days I contacted again and was told the items would ship that afternoon.

By next day, still no confirmation of shipping. Another few days go buy… still no confirmation of shipping. I send another email. No response.

Are Fly boxing gloves good? - I have no idea because they don’t send them.

I understand delays happen but when they do a good company informs the customer and explains what went wrong and how/when it will be resolved.

Every day my daughter asks about her gloves. Every day I have to tell her I have no idea. Fly products are not in the budget category, they are considered premium products.

Maybe premium products (I don’t know), definitely premium pricing and budget customer service.

Full disclosure, I placed a second order for a pair of boots on the same day and they arrived next day so maybe just custom gloves are the problem.

Ordered hand wraps for myself and my girlfriend, and they’re really excellent. They wash well, don’t hold a smell, and feel solid around the hands without being too stiff nor too stretchy.

I previously ordered and returned a pair of 16oz gloves - they were excellent, but I decided instead to use gloves from another company and couldn’t justify keeping extra ones from Fly. However the gloves were so good, that I’m still thinking about them a year later, and probably I’ll rebuy them for sparring at some point. I would rather get punched with Fly gloves than most others out on the market.

Absolutely pathetic i refunded 2 iteams that cost me 448aud and all they’ve sent me is 199aud and still owe me 249aud they havent replied and are under refunding me one of the worst service in the boxing industry

I’ve spent £165 on a pair of boots that came away from the sole in under a month. I got in contact to return and sent them back it’s been over a month they have received the item. There is still no reply regarding when I will get my new pair. The professionalism is none existing. I just want my money back and find a company that appreciate there customers not the money.

Перчатки восхитительны по тактильным ощущениям, удобнее, чем winning, НО они накосячили с внутренними швом в правой перчатке, такая же проблема а есть у rival, когда внешняя сторона крайней фаланги пальцев трётся о швы, которые должны быть внутри.

First of all, it is not 100% scam. However do not pay with normal credit card. Even though you make a payment for 1 month, they tried to charge you monthly. Fortunately, I didn't fall into this trap. Secondly, in case of any trouble, there is no telephone number or email address than works. On the other hand, it works fine.

Fast delivery and brilliant quality will definitely buy from fly again

My gloves very quickly became ripped in the inner lining where my fingers ended, This occurred after a week, i’ve heard raves of great reviews on these gloves so maybe i received a faulty pair, before this the gloves were a dream to use in sparring and in the bag so i am very disappointed how they turned out.

Terrible customer service if you have any issues don’t expect them to help

Gloves had hole inside where stitching had separated sent them back after using them 3 times still not received any information about a replacement pair as your saying u havnt recived them although the tracking on your own pre paid parcel says it was delivered six days ago waste of time even trying to get a response to see what’s going on with my replacement pair of gloves

Communication shocking, If you only offer an email address to resolve issues you need to be better. Be warned

Only my second pair of gloves but think these will last a long time great feel and they look amazing

i didn’t receive my gloves in the normal box and bag , just a plastic bag for £185 gloves

No faults with the product,came as described and delivered when it was said

They completely suck delivery package got stolen because they choose to go cheap and not pay fed ex for signature required delivery and she get to pay the price fuuuu them they are cheap and they are the ones who hire fed ex

This is the best gear I've gotten in a while, the gloves are fantastic for the price, and they've held up well. Everything looks Fly 👌
