I am writing to express my deep disappointment and embarrassment regarding the recent flower delivery I ordered through your service. I had specifically requested a vase of flowers, but to my dismay, the recipient received them in a paper bag. This experience has been the worst I've had with your application.
Your platform used to be my go-to option for gifts and flowers, and I am genuinely concerned about what went wrong in this instance. I would appreciate a prompt investigation into this matter and a resolution to ensure such lapses do not happen in the future.

The arrangements were stunning and everyone commented on the magnificence of them. He worked to a set budget and communicated well with myself and other vendors so I didn’t have to worry at all. I will most certainly choose Nem and Floward for any future events.
