The experience was great. The chair was everything and more of a gd massage. No need to go to a spa with this chair that does a whole body massage.

I really enjoyed my experience with the rebel massage chair. I have been wanting to try this out for a while now and finally got the opportunity to do so today and definitely recommend this to everyone it’s definitely worth it!

Ganzy and Robert, who led my support issue, were exceptional and responsive, knowledgeable, and proactive at every step. I always felt informed, supported, and confident in the direction we were heading.

Ganzy was professional and respectful. Listen to my concerns and answered them completely. He had all the necessary parts and tools and fixed the problem. He also replace the cover which was the base of problem.

I purchased two Floridain Brand Legend 6D Flex Message chairs on June 13, 2025 and the chairs were suppose to be delivered in August. August came and gone, didn't hear from anyone at Floridian; in late October I decided to give them a call. The associate stated that they were just behind and apologized. Fast forward to November, they show up at my house with a different chair than the legend stating the original chair that I purchased had bad motors in them so they upgraded my chairs to the Tru Crown. No one from Floridian called me, offered to refund my money or even attempted to explain the change in chairs; not only that but they still only delivered one of the two chairs I purchased. Bottom line after doing research, I found that the Legend 6D Flex still exists and it doesn't have a bad motor it just didn't fit their budget so they scammed all the people that they sold it to by swapping out this Tru Crown. If you are one of those folks, please feel free to contact me. I've already spoken to an attorney that is willing to get to the bottom of this fiasco.

The chair is phenomenal! Right as I sat down, the comfort was immediately provided, as it started to provide a massage I could feel the difference between an actual masseuse and this! Which is way better. It also has a lot more modes for an elevated experience. I'd definitely use this after workouts or just have a relaxing day.

I had a wonderful massage using the Thunder’s massage chair. I highly recommend this massage chair to others.

Robert was very knowledgeable and made us feel comfortable trying the Rebel massager.

We have owned a Floridian Chair for a little over a year now. When they delivered it and set it up they were completely professional and did a fantastic job. Then we just recently moved and at no cost they drove to North Carolina and Moved it to the new house. Phil and Mike did an outstanding job of moving it including removing the chairs arms because my front door is not wide enough. I would highly recommend this company any time.

Originally I gave Floridian Brand a 5 Star review after I purchased their highest end Legend massage chair. Unfortunately, the experience turned into a total disaster. After one week I experienced the first failure and they sent a technician out to repair it. About two weeks after the first repair one of the motors failed. This time they took my new chair away and I never saw it again. For over 5 months I have been stuck using an old loaner chair waiting for Robert (the owner) to get me a new replacement chair because they couldn’t even get parts to fix their flagship chair! They took the Legend chair off their website and replaced it with a chair that is built by Luraco. Robert then told me he would get me the Luraco chair to replace the Legend model I had purchased. I was very patient with Robert as he kept giving me reason after reason why things were dragging out and being delayed. Well after almost 6 months of not having my chair that I paid a lot of money for, Robert tried to get me to pay him several thousand dollars more for me to get the Luraco chair that has less features than the Legend chair I had originally purchased. The Legend chair retailed for $14,000 and the Luraco chair retailed for $9,999. Robert had promised for months to replace my chair with a Luraco and now he wanted me to pay him more money 🙄!! I absolutely refused and told him his options were to give me the Luraco to replace my Legend or refund my money. Robert then tried to tell me I would have to pay a restocking fee and pay for someone to come pickup the loaner chair!! I asked him if I was going to need to get my lawyer involved and then he backed off of that and told me he would refund my money. The only credit I can give Robert is that he did refund my money that day.

The only good experience I had with Floridian Brand was the help Ganzy, their Lead Service Technician, gave me. Ganzy is very professional, responsive, and respectful. Robert is extremely lucky to have Ganzy working for him.

I believe Floridian Brand will probably not be in business much longer as there are many other massage chair options/brands to choose from.

Great expierience, on pioneer

Every thing went well Mike and Soto, they got it all set up and showed me how to use it and if there was more information in the book. They were very helpful and punctual. The chair works great & really gives a wonderful massage from head to toe. It is very relaxing and aches and pains. I would recommend it to it and Floridian Chairs. In fact everyone I have talked to from Madison and the boys "men" Ganzy, Mike and Soto Have been very caring and giving. The Rebel 3D is the best massage chair ever.
