The Delivery guys were great. The overall process was frustrating. I am greatly appreciative of the discount that was applied due to my inconvenience but the chair that I received was different from the one I originally ordered First world problems the updated chair was equally as impressive but I was more familiar with the predecessor. I was definitely at the point of canceling my order but your team and the customer service rep were accommodating in providing the extra discount. However, near 11 weeks for delivery was deeply disappointing in addition to the delivery wait my other complaint is I wish the operating instructions, I wish they were a little more detailed or I wish there were YouTube videos that give additional details on how to operate the Auto programs. Unfortunately i am more of a visual learner I am unsure how to select the additional auto programs. For instance I’m not sure how to select the pre sleep or wake up auto program options. I’m not sure how to visually identify which auto program is which.

We were at the Navy Exchange last June. We saw the demonstration of the chair and had to check it out. It was absolutely amazing! My husband is still waiting for third back surgery. As a Father's Day present I bought one for my husband. He uses it everyday, almost all day. The chair has literally made it easier for him to get around. What a blessing! I have needed to call the company a couple of times. I am very impressed at the response. We have been recommending the chair to many friends. My experience with Floridian Brand USA was exceptional from start to finish. Michael’s in-store demo was incredibly helpful, as he was personable and highly knowledgeable. Madison kept me perfectly informed during the delivery process, and the installation team (Ganzy and Phil) was top-notch! They were punctual, professional, and took extreme care when setting up my Thundra chair, even walking me through detailed care and use instructions. As for the product, it’s the cherry on top. The Thundra chair is amazing—I am still learning all the bells and whistles, but I am blown away so far. My body is thanking me. Sincere thanks to the whole team!

Worth the amount we paid. So many features that i dont find in other massge chairs. My kids wanted to gift me a massage chair before but i said no cause i want a really good one and i finally found THE ONE. Plus the Floridian Brand team is supportive through the delivery process such as Madison of client relations and Phil and Ghanzy of delivery team.

Floridan Brand customer service has been good starting with the sales rep Michael. Who took the time to give me a sample demonstration of the chair. Madison has keep me up to date on delivery information and satisfaction. Delivery guy set up and demonstrated once more with brochure. The process was easy.

Definitely had a great experience from start to finish. Communication status was on point. The delivery team was very accommodating in helping move furniture to ensure i get the right placement of the massage chair. They also arrived as scheduled and were very friendly. I've been enjoying my massage chair daily.

Starting with Michael as the sales person- he was top notch and very knowledgeable about the chairs. Madison the clients relations manager is also very helpful with updates.
