I have used Florida car hire for less 3 times now and have recommended to friends who have used them too and I cannot fault Nathan, the customer service is what stands out to me never mind value and offers he's able to offer, I highly recommend 😀

Used Nathan and Florida Car Hire this year and all info / products were ideal.

After getting a quote a reading reviews, we decided to go with this company for car hire in Orlando. Everything was clear. We had an issue at the desk when they tried to upsell us a bigger car and additional insurance. On return to UK I explained to Nathan the issue and he quickly dealt with this and got the additional costs refunded. Highly recommend.

Pleasantly surprised! Took a chance and used Florida car hire for less for a day hire from Orlando to Miami, really good price and also had the gold added for free full tank of petrol and didn’t need to fill up on return. Was nice to not have the stress of topping up! I double checked the booking existed with Alamo and it did for peace of mind. Had no problems at all and would definitely use again in the future :)

I couldn't be more pleased with the rental services provided. Everything was as described, the vehicle was better than expected and at outstanding value for money. By far the best deals available.

Nathan made the whole process of booking car hire before leaving the UK and was far better than trying to do locally in Orlando (would recommend using them before your travel). Please also REMEMBER TO TAKE A CREDIT CARD IN YOUR NAME you will be refused at the desk to collect your car, didn't happen to me but a few others were refused. Also booked another car hire from Fort Pierce and Nathan was cheaper than HERTZ locally and booked with Nathan whilst in the branch was AMAZING. Have recommended you to others

The whole process was very easy from start to finish. The insurance cover was not questioned or quibbled by the hire company, so no over selling by them.

The hire car quality was very good and we loved our soft top Mustang for the 2 week holiday.

Nathan was very helpfull and kept us informed as to when the deposit and final balance was due prior to our holiday. No questions were to much for him to answer.

Great company, would highly recommend for your car hire needs. Answered all our questions promptly & provided solutions to meet all our requirements whilst also offering very competitive car rental options. Our hire car was pretty much brand new & perfect for us as a family of 4 for our holiday, pickup & dropoff were straightforward.

Having always booked either directly or as fly drive packages previously, I was a little sceptical using a middle man. However Nathan’s quote was about £100 cheaper than booking directly, so, after reading some good reviews we decided to go ahead & book.

From start to finish, the service was fantastic - very personal, easy & efficient and no deposit or payment required until closer to the travel date.

After booking, we spotted on a couple of occasions that the price had came down, and each time, a quick message to Nathan and we were able to cancel & rebook at the cheaper price. In all we ended up saving just over £600 from our original booking price. This was still something we could do after the balance had been paid before travel if the price dropped again, but, as it was, it didn’t.

Upon arrival at Melbourne airport, we just gave our name & booking ref and everything was there. No hard upsell from the agent, and even a free upgrade from a full size SUV Chevy Tahoe to a Chevy Suburban giving even more room & luggage space for the 5 of us.

Overall I would 100% recommend Florida Car Hire for Less and will definitely use again for future trips - fantastic service, everything clearly explained & each time we contacted Nathan, he responded immediately, even at 10.30pm on a Sunday evening!! Couldn’t ask for better service, 11/10!

We hired two cars on the same trip
Arriving at Melbourne Airport Florida it took all of 15 minute from walking up to the desk and pulling away from the car park, I kid you not... and half that time 2 weeks later when we returned and dropped them off, with absolutely no hassle at all. Why can't all vehicle hirers be so efficient, friendly and and quick... can't give them enough praise, definitely going to us these guys again.

We have never been looked after so well by a Car hire company . What ever deal FCHFL has with the major hire companies it works, and we had the best experience with this car hire.

I was sceptical about using this business as it’s such a big purchase and you don’t find out if it is successful until you fly half way around the world, but thankfully my concerns were unfounded. I will be making a video soon and posting it on YouTube because there are no videos praising this business at all on there, and there should be. The whole rental from start to finish was problem free. We went through Alamo and there were zero issues. Everything that was included was actually included and there were no nasty surprises. And all that at a great price. I will 100% be using this business again when we go back to Florida.

Have booked with Nathan 3 times now and the customer service just gets better and better. Nothing is a problem even out of normal office hours. Prices are highly competitive and include all the insurances you need. If the price drops after booking they happily rebook onto the better rate . Highly recommend.
