This company genuinely deserves 5 Stars. We travelled out Easter weekend, so a busy time to travel, but I did my research. I found this company via Facebook Group 'Orlando Tips for Brits' where lots of holidaymakers highly recommend them. A big shout out for Nathan who went above and beyond looking after our family group who required 3 hire cars. We got the best price, quality cars and more importantly a very stress-free holiday car hire. We chose Alamo, booking through this company, but other rental companies are also available through this company. Nathan took care of everything and was always available for pre-holiday questions. I found the booking process simple enough to do and their website very user friendly. I will always use this company for future visits now and highly recommend them to others. Nathan also guided us through what we required on arrival ie Visitor Toll Pass (MCO Airport) that we also very much appreciated.

Nathan was a great help when booking our car from MCO, from advising, quoting and booking advising on what pass to get,even helping us when we had a problem with our car on the 4th day, sorted straight away to exchange car even got a upgraded car,even though we were happy with the one we had,

We have been using this company now for a few years as we travel to Florida a few times a year. Can only say they are absolutely great and totally hassle free. We tend to use Alamo as they let you pick which car you want and everything is included (other than optional fuel fill up) so no nasty surprises when we return the car. Thank you

Fantastic experience. The website was easy to use and when I looked to change my booking, it was very simple. Nathan was quick to respond and really helpful. I went with Alamo which meant I could do accelerated check in and this helped me to bypass quite a lengthy queue and because the info shared by Nathan on the website and with my booking is thorough, I knew what cover I had etc. No issues during our trip. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or use again!

They provided the best price we could find, all insurance included with zero excess. The car we had was perfect and although we had a few questions prior to collection, these were answered promptly and satisfactory. We will use again.

Firstly the price, like for like they were the lowest price by some margin.

Customer service, Nathan responded to questions no matter what the time and was always extremely helpful. Even with my flight times changing, every thing went off with out a hitch, and Nathan was genuinely invested in making sure nothing went wrong.
