Do not order from this site their return policy is absolutely ridiculous they make it more of a Hassle and cost you more money to Simply return an item I purchased two pairs of shorts from them there's no way they're sizing chart is equivalent to that in the US.
Regardless they make the return of the item and your money back such a hassle that it's easier to just keep the item that you will never use. Unless you want to throw your money away I suggest you do not order their products.

DO NOT order from this company. The clothes were terrible, about six sizes bigger than what they were labeled, and they refused to accept a return. You have to email them for “return instructions” and when I did that they just kept replying to my emails with “the sizes are correct, please try it again you will look lovely in your style.” To be clear, I could have fit two of me in most of their “small” jeans + shorts. And when I finally called them corrupt for not accepting my return, they told me I could try to send it but “they weren’t sure if they would receive it, and if they didn’t receive it they would give me no money back.” What the hell!

Save yourself the hassle and do not order from this company. I used the size chart and ordered a 2XL when I typically wear a size 12-14, or large/extra large. The shorts arrived and didn’t look like what I ordered and were too small. I emailed the company and all they would offer is 20% off a future purchase. Hmmm.....really? There are a lot of choices for online shopping these days and this is the worst customer service I’ve gotten from any online company. Save yourself the time and hassle and order somewhere else.

Do not buy from this site. Agree with other customers - I’d give it zero stars if I could. Clothing looks nothing like the images on the website. No way to recover your money because sending the goods back will cost you more than what you will get back, absolute waste of time, money and energy. Feel bad even putting it in the donation bin, so off into the trash they go!

As all of the other reviews said, this company is the WORST. Looking back there are signs to show this company is a scam, all the product reviews are fake I now realize. The quality of clothing is the cheapest I've ever seen. After going back and forth several times with them I got their return address and want to ship my items back, but don't even know if it is worth it. I am furious I spent as much as I did, knowing I will not receive a refund.

Do not buy from this company. I bought 3 pairs of the same shorts in 3 different colors all size medium. 2 pairs were the same size and one was much smaller. I sent the company pictures of the 3 pairs lined up together and pictures of the bags they came in with their labels on each bag showing they were all labeled as mediums. I asked to exchange them and was told to think it over because shipping them back would be expensive. They said they could only give me a 30% refund or I could ship them back at my expense. Shipping them back would cost me more than I paid for all 3 pairs. The company stopped communicating with me and I did not receive a 30% refund.

If I could leave ZERO STARS I would! Terrible quality merchandise that looks nothing like the pictures, and worse customer service. Don't plan on returning anything, because they don't allow it!

There is no way the reviews on their website are real, the clothes are horrible. Everytime I add a review, it is removed. I ordered several shirts and a sweater and the quality is BAD. The shirts look comfy on the website but they feel like a cheap Halloween costume. The stripes on one of the shirts didn't even match up on the back. I e-mailed customer service and this was my reply : Dear customer We did send your order according the items you chose , the items are our best selling style, and we make sure it is the same style as model. For online shopping, there must be the size or display problem, but strongly suggest wear again and if fit not bad, I am sure you are charming in your style~ Best regards, Florcoo.com
DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY

The experience I had with them is terrible. Lucky if you manage to get a refund for your items. They make you pay shipment and custom's fees to China and they tell you that most likely the items will get lost in the mail. The clothing doesn't fit properly even if it is your size, is poorly made and they do not respond to your inquiries. Please DO NOT order from this website. Now they are flooding Instagram and Facebook with these sites that are from China are are scams. If I could give this website less than one star, I would.

I purchased a pair of shorts as a gift for my granddaughter. Turned out they were too small and I emailed Florcoo asking for return instructions. They asked me to take a photo of the shorts in the package as I received it and a picture of the package it arrive in. I did as instructed and this is what I received from them 2 days ago:

We can return the goods , but international logistics fees have increased and it will take a long time. If the express is lost midway, we have not received it and will not refund the money
And if the customer wants to return the product for subjective reasons, the customer needs to bear the freight and customs clearance costs incurred by the return.

What a CRAPPY company this is Do NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. They make returns almost impossible. The prosuct product is NOT WHAT YOU SEE!!!!! BUYER BEWARE!

I do not usually take the time to write reviews. However in order to spare even one other person the nightmare of dealing with this company, I opted to review Florcoo.com. Though their return policy appears simple on their website (i.e., "30 DAYS EASY RETURN"), it is not. They discourage the return, offering a 20% coupon for future purchases. They will only accept a return if it is defective. If you don't like the color, quality or the look, they will not take it back. They will not cover the return shipping. For a $28 pair of shorts the shipping to China is $27. I wished that I had taken the time to read the other reviews before making this purchase.

Never buy from them took 4 months to arrive and when it did it’s hideous and not the top they show in the pictures

Do NOT trust this place. They say they will take returns but they won't! I told them the pants I bought are much too small and they basically told me that I shouldn't have ordered ordered the wrong size so it is my problem not theirs -- here is part of their response "strongly suggest wear again and if fit not bad, I am sure you are charming in your style". What????

NEVER NEVER NEVER order from Florcoo. I've literally never written a review like this but I'm going to go to every site I can to try to prevent others from experiencing what I did. I wish I could post pictures here but I can't. I ordered a pair of jean shorts that looked NOTHING like the picture. Their marketing tactics are deceptive - designed to get you to waste your money.

When I tried to return them under their "Return Warranty", they told me I had to send them back to China. I was told that they would most likely get lost and I would get no money back. And if they did make it back, they would only refund 10% of the purchase price.

Rest assured, I am going to report this company to whomever I can. This company should be ashamed!!

BEYOND DISAPPOINTED & COMPLETELY NOT AS ADVERTISED IN THE PICTURES. THE QUALITY IS SO CHEAP AND POOR BUT THE DESIGNS LOOK SO CUTE. DONT BE FOOLED LIKE ME (AGAIN). COUGH UP SOME MORE MONEY AND BUY A BRAND OR FROM A REPUTABLE STORE.
Purchased the tir dye mini dress. Its slinky thin material. The site looks like its a sweater dress (Hoodie like) as its frayed at the bottom. What I got was a paper thin shirt past my knees. Im 5'5 and this isn't mini at all either!!
Also ordered the long sleeve woolen button coat. So wrinkled and cheap material. The design is very chic but the material quality is so tacky. Charge more and give your customers a quality product.

Terrible customer service. I wanted to return the shorts I ordered since they looked nothing like the picture. Quality was terrible. They make returning the items impossible. They are based in China. Buyer beware

Worst quality ever - folks, read the reviews prior to ordering which is my mistake. They are garbage and their return policy makes it extremely difficult - YOU PAY THE SHIPPING back to China. They look nothing like the pictures...the material is a joke. DO NOT BUY, I repeat, DO NOT BUY.

Their return policy is horrible they might as well say NO Returns of any kind. You cant return for wrong size, color or just doesnt fit right, etc.
Basically once you buy it your stuck with it.

I ordered $120 worth of clothing. 4 Items. shorts, a blouse, a sweatshirt dress, and some overalls. They are all crap. They are not the same material, print, color, as the one in the photo. I ordered a blouse that had sea shells on it and got a "blouse" with leaves on it. Not the correct color or fabric. The shorts I ordered were a soft cotton, and I received some hideous denim shorts that were nothing at all like the photo. The sweatshirt dress is made out of microfiber. Not at all what I was expecting. I would Never order from them again!
