The dress I ordered is poor quality, structure. I tried to return, they responded by saying I should donate the item to charity because I'd have to pay China customs costs. This company is a scam. Don't buy from Florcoo.

Yep, this company is terrible. I purchased 2 items and both were horrible. One was supposed to be a sweater cardigan but I received this felt cape thing that was worse than what I would purchase for a costume. The dress was just as bad. Based on the other reviews, I didn't even bother trying to return them, just threw them both away (not even worth donating). I read the reviews and took the chance. Hopefully you see this and don't waste your money.

I received a item that was not what I ordered at all. I ordered a adult fur neck long sleeve cardigan but received a child size with short sleeve and was very thin and cheap make. I need a refund for this item that was $38.99 and need a prepaid return label So I can send it back

This company is a joke. I ordered a sweater, received it and never took it out of the bag. Decided i wanted it in a different color and ordered the new color. I decided to return the original one since did not need it. I had it about 2 weeks but never took out of the bag. Before returning they wanted the reason why, to take it out of the bag and take pictures and even put the 0.4” to 1” on how to take them. I will NEVER purchase another product from them.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE! I wish I read these reviews before purchasing from Florcoo. As the other reviews stated, the clothing is nothing like what's pictured on their website. Not only does it take almost a month to receive the order, they entered the wrong USPS tracking number and wouldn't fix it after I contacted them about it, and more importantly, the clothing is very poor quality and the size is not for a normal human being! And instead of accepting and refunding my return request (like any other online store/purchase), they have been asking me for reasons, and now pictures of both the material and clear plastic bag it came in, despite their "easy" 30-day return policy/warranty. I disputed the charge with my credit card company, who issued a temporary credit until Florcoo resolves it.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! IF you are looking for a sign , this is it. They sell rags for overly expensive price. If you are not happy with your product, customer service will not help you. If they do, you will only get a partial money back. I will never ever buy from this place again.

This company is a joke! They claim 30 day easy return, well that is a lie! I ordered from their company and the quality is very poor, the material is thin and is scratchy when you try it on. I followed the instructions to return the product and get a refund, but it is not an easy process as they say. They try to convince people to keep their product by telling them that their United States shipping hub is closed and they would have to pay shipping to China. And they only want to refund 15% to keep the product? I spent almost $60 and they only want to give me $8 for product I will never wear. That is such an insult! Florcoo is absolutely horrible and a scam! I would never, ever purchase from this company again and will be sure to tell everyone about my experience. There is no where to leave a public review on their social media accounts, probably because they would receive many bad reviews. I have done business with 3 other China based companies and they were amazing! Florcoo...terrible!

DO NOT order from Florcoo!!! I ordered a pair of shorts that were a lot lighter than the shorts pictured on their website. They refused to let me return them and even said in their email, "we strongly suggest (that you) wear them again and if fit not too bad, I am sure you are charming in your style." It should be up to the customer to decide if we like them or not.

If less than 1 was an option I’d pick it. “Clothes” were rags, the spam me constantly even though I’ve blocked the site and “unsubscribed” multiple times. I can’t hate them enough.

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering from this company. I do not do much online shopping so,... lesson learned for me... read the reviews! I can echo the very same experiences everyone on this site has stated. If you are still within the purchasing time frame to put your credit card charges in dispute
I suggest you do just that. It is the only way to obtain satisfaction with this company. Once this happened the company finally emailed back my unanswered return requests. Of course they said they had issued the credit, (no i disputed the charges) and wanted to negotiate the price payment from 15% to now 50% of the original purchase price. I have not answered them. Perhaps they will keep negotiating with themselves. If I do answer, ( probably will not) I will ask them to send pictures and labels of the clothing unfolded and a prepaid return label for the items they want returned. Where did I learn this game? You all know the answer to that. I sincerely hope this will help some of you obtain some satisfaction as well.

ITs been 15 days since I ordered my item and there are no updates or anything. I emailed the company and have not heard back from anyone but after reading the reviews I am not surprised. I shuldve done my research before but not buying from them ever again.

This company is horrible. I paid extra to get my item faster and it still took three weeks. The item was clearly not a large when I opened it. The dress was horrible and the material was cheap and reminded me of doll clothes. Now I want to return and they want pictures of the labels . And how I folded the item . Ridiculous !! Wish I would’ve read the reviews before I purchased this item . Buyer beware

This company is a fraud!!! I wish I had read these reviews prior to spending $250 on their horrid clothing, same quality as a bad cheap Halloween costume. They will not refund my money, we have exchanged 20 emails discussing my purchase, with no address to send the clothes back. Their terms and conditions are false. DO NOT buy from this scam of a company!!

I have never purchased but stumbled on an ad with a pretty dress while googling for something else and I tapped into their site and I was in awe and about to order. Thankfully I checked out the reviews first!

Sorry you all had a bad experience and I know at the beginning you must have been excited just like I was.

Pure junk don't I repeat don't buy from them I wish I'd seen reviews sooner. Its all cheap junk at high prices. Please save your money or burn your money it would be less of a waste.

It took me over 6 months to receive my shirts. It is a really bad linen quality. The design is printed. the "V" shape on the shirt in the pictures is in reality a square shape. there is no design at all. the color is not as good as in the picture. I was sent the wrong items/ not a cotton blend, but pure horrid polyester. 2 items out of 4 were the right ones, but are very poor quality and after 3 to 4 washes start to look old. I complained I went online and I did research about THIS COMPANY AND ABLE TO GET THIS 8FOUR FIVE five2one 𝘴𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘯2𝘧𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘧𝘪𝘷𝘦 I REACH THE COMPANY REGARDING MY CRAP, GARBAGE ORDER WHICH I GOT FINALLY THEY PROVIDE ME E SHIPPING INFO ON MY ORDER I SENT BACK THIS CHEAP DESIGN, CHEAP LOOK CLOTHING TO THE COMPANY Save yourself the time and hassle and order somewhere else.

This place is horrible. Their clothes do not fit or appear as described and smell terrible. I tried to return the items purchased, it’s been 2wks and emails later and still no resolution. They tried to offer me 30% off to keep the stuff. Then they are trying to say it’s costly and difficult to return b/c of customs and COVID. If the shipment gets lost they can’t refund me! Worst place ever don’t order from there a nightmare.

The clothes were terrible, about three sizes smaller than what they were labeled, and they refused to accept a return. You have to email them for “return instructions” and when I did that they just kept replying to my emails with “the sizes are correct, please try it again you will look lovely in your style.” And when I finally called them corrupt for not accepting my return, they told me I could try to send it but “they weren’t sure if they would receive it, and if they didn’t receive it they would give me no money back.” What the hell!

I ordered from this site. Never got the item, or a refund, and they ignored all my emails. RIPOFF!
