No extra import fees to pay
I asked a question about import fees, got a quick, comprehensive answer and sure enough my order arrived without extra charges to pay.

Not impressed
Hi, I purchased the set of three flora & curl products to style and care for my hair.
It took a lot longer than expected for my order to arrive and it was only after I chased them up that they informed me one of the items was out of stock.
I was then given the option of cancelling, refunding the missing item or waiting.
I have followed the video showing how to use the products and I’m not particularly impressed with the results.
My hair feels sticky when applying them and a bit stiff after it dries. The curls are ok, but there’s no volume.
I’m going to go back to my previous products and give up on these.
I also didn’t realise how strong the smell of the products would be. It’s a bit overpowering.

Best curl product ever
I have spent most of my adult life using every kind of product to enhance my curls. I am never sure if reviews are real or not but thought I would give them a chance. Flora & Curl are by far the best I have ever used.

I’m extremely disappointed. I ordered products on March 23 and today is April 11, almost a month later, and I still haven’t received anything! I live in Switzerland; it’s not normal for an order to take this long. I feel like I’ve been scammed because I paid and got nothing! I will never order from you again!

We can confirm we haven’t received your returned parcel at our warehouse yet, which is why we haven’t been able to update you sooner. In some cases, courier tracking updates can be delayed or not fully reflect the parcel’s current location, which makes it more difficult for us to proactively spot issues.
Please rest assured that as soon as a return is scanned back into our warehouse, we always contact customers immediately to arrange either a refund or replacement, depending on preference.

Actually I am really impressed
Actually I am really impressed. I have tried lots of other products and although good on wash day the curls don't last but this brand really works. I have wonderful curls that stay sbf the mouse really does give my already thick hair volume. Would love to see a travel set for holidays

Everyone’s curls are completely unique, and sometimes a product can feel too rich or heavy depending on hair type, density, and how it’s applied. Heaviness or greasiness can often happen if too much product is used or if it’s applied too close to the roots, especially on finer hair.
We really appreciate you giving it a try, and your feedback is genuinely helpful for us and other customers. If you’d like, we’d be happy to help recommend lighter alternatives that may suit your hair better.

We had temporarily paused some international shipments due to an issue where customers were being charged unexpected customs fees. Because of this, your order was slightly delayed and was dispatched on 19th March.
We can also see from the tracking that your order was successfully delivered on 7th April, and we truly hope it has now reached you safely.
