Haley was efficient, kind and understanding! My issue was resolved within 24 hours and she made it easy.

I have been a long time fan of flipbelt. Recently my water bottles started leaking because the gaskets came out. I reached out to customer service and Haley was fantastic. She responded quickly and resolved my issue by sending me out new caps for my water bottles because they don’t use the caps with gaskets anymore. Thank you Haley for your help. You made my day

I ordered a Flipbelt a few months ago and it never arrived. I did a "Reply To" email to the purchase confirmation email not expecting much, so I was surprised when a person got back to me. I was even more surprised when that person (Haley W.) expressed concern about my missing purchase and helped resolved the issue. She offered either a refund or to try shipping again, less than a week later I had my Flipbelt. Honestly one of the most pleasant interactions I've had with a retailer in a long time.

I absolutely love Flipbelt’s compression shorts, and I have four or five pairs. And actually, I can’t stop ordering them.

So then I decided to try one of their tank tops and the compression sleeves for both my legs and my arms.

One of the items was missing from the package when I received it, and I reached out to customer service. Kourtney responded quickly, she had my issue addressed immediately, she was incredibly friendly and professional, and the missing item is already on its way, just one day after I contacted her.

Their shorts are amazing, the colors are amazing, the belts are amazing, and Kourtney is amazing!

The FlibBelt compression shorts are amazing! I wore them for the NYC Bike Tour this past Sunday and they were great! I think these will be my go-to for biking and hiking going forward. I'll definitely buy again.

Kourtney Wagner was able to give me fast and concise instructions that made it super easy to get everything sorted out with Amazon and to get an order heading my way. She was very kind, patient, and quick to help me fix everything, and made it an incredibly positive experience.

Great product, keeps my phone and gels snug and in place, doesn't move at all when I'm doing speedwork. Stitching did begin to come out after 5 months of near-daily use. I sent photos to Flipbelt and they promptly sent a replacement. Very please with the customer service.

I got a pair of their Ouray compression shorts at a running event, but they didn’t fit. I had deleted the email receipt, thankfully when I contacted them, Haley went out of her way to help me get them exchanged. I love the shorts and really appreciate the great customer service! They are now my go to ; all because Haley helped me fix my mistake.

Good product. Just pray it fits so you don’t have to return it.

Edit: I received a response a few days later on May 24th, and just now, on June 7th, I have received a refund over two weeks after attempting to start the refund process.

I bought a Flipbelt zipper for trail running. Excellent customer service, got it quickly.
The first thing I notice when picking it up is now heavy it is (compared to certain other small personal item belts). I often wonder what I left in it. It's pretty hot to wear because of the bulk and width, but it's great for carrying phone, keys and a small water bottle.
Some styles and colours are made in the United States, and people might want to consider whether that's what they wish to buy under the current international trade circumstances.

Bought a pair at an expo, was given the wrong size, 2 emails later, still no response. Furious.

Excellent customer service. I ordered the wrong size belt & urgently needed a smaller size as I was travelling the following week. Sent a message via website, received a F/U telephone call shortly after with a new flipbelt in the correct size arriving the next day by mail together with a return prepaid envelope.

Awful awful customer service . or you can say doesn't have customer service at all . I am stuck with a wrong size belt , unable to return.
