Paid for shoes that never arrived
Honestly, I’d give this company a wide berth. They have appalling customer service. I ordered shoes within the window for Christmas delivery and I’m still waiting for the shoes to arrive. They are very poor at responding to emails, replying sporadically with either platitudes or inaccurate information. Taking money and providing no product, making false claims on the website and failing to rectify problems are a massive red flag. Don’t order from them!

I'm a fan of Flabelus
I'm a fan of Flabelus! I now own three pairs of Flabelus mary janes. They are darling, comfortable, and I get loads of compliments on them. I am a pretty solid EU39 across the board for most shoe brands. Two of the three pairs of Flabelus flats that I purchased fit perfectly at size 39. However, I had to size up to a EU40 in one pair. This isn't a big deal when I am in the store and can try on the shoes in person. However, the last two pairs that I purchased were bought online. One pair fit perfectly and I could barely get my feet into the other pair. I chose to return the shoe that was too small and exchange for the next size up. I feel this is a quality control issue as the shoes were exactly the same style, just two different colors. This is all good and well until I had to spend $17 to return the shoe that didn't fit and pay another $17 to receive the new pair. This is not the way Americans typically do business with returns, and it could prevent me from purchasing additional Flabelus flats in the future. I feel that exchanges should be free and I should be reimbursed for the exchange/shipping charges. I wish you continued success! Keep up the good work!
Fast Shipping Despite Order Issues
The shipping time was very good, and the package arrived in excellent condition. Initially, the footwear I received was not the correct one; I did not cancel the order and purchased a second pair. Unfortunately, the latter arrived without the shoe cover. Despite these inconveniences, I would like to highlight the fast shipping and good package handling

Su servicio al cliente te es lento aparte de que no te ayudan en nada, sus políticas están creadas para su país sin importarles que se han adentrado a otros mercados y se limitan a decir que solo aplica para España.
Creo podría ser que sus políticas fueran más específicas y confirmar para quienes aplican así el consumidor se ahorra un dolor de cabeza
Slow delivery
Very slow delivery, over a month and no delivery. Tracking was showing delivery stuck in Spain but now the tracking has stopped working and no reply from Flabelus when emailed directly. The website seems like a UK site but delivery is from Spain and is slow or in our case non existent.
Wonderful shoes but very slow delivery
I love Flabelus shoes, the most elegant flats in the world. But delivery is very slow. About a month to the UK. Worth the wait, but surprisingly long. No idea why - both pairs have taken weeks to arrive.

Muy deficiente el descontrol que tienen. En una tienda te dicen una cosa, en la atención al cliente otra totalmente distinta. Por muy bonitas que sean, que lo son, si no tratan al cliente como merece (dejando de contestar a mails), no merecen más que una estrella.

Suite à une erreur de leur part, concernant les heures d'ouverture sur Google, alors que la vendeuse rentait dans son magasin à 10h45, elle m'a laissé attendre devant la porte déliberement pendant 15 minutes.
