I purchased a pair of tailored shorts. They were of extremely poor quality although the cost was high.
Also they were too small.
Was given the cost to return, amazing! Needed to rob a bank to fund.
Paid yet another £1 to exchange for a similar swimsuit that I had previously bought on amazon,arrived following day with Amazon.
This one I'm still waiting for. Its been 5 weeks.
I've emailed 5 times. No reply whatsoever.
Don't know where else to go other than my credit card company.

I wish I had read these reviews before placing my order—it really pays to do so. I ordered the dress because I liked the look of it, thinking I could always return it. What I received was a sack-like rag made of polyester. I want to return the item, but it turns out that’s not so simple.I contacted the company, and customer service suggested I reconsider the return, offering a 50% discount on any item of my choice instead; however, they said that if I still wanted to go ahead with the return, that was fine, but there would be a delay as the item had to be sent back to a warehouse in Asia, and I would have to pay a £20 return fee, which would be deducted from the refund amount. Of course, there's no mention of any of this in the returns policy on the company's website. This is a very dishonest company that sells very poor-quality Chinese plastic for a hefty price. Don't buy from them. I paid for my naivety, and you don't have to.

Awful company. Paid £17 for a hat, it came and was absolute dog shit. Quality was terrible, nothing like what was in the picture.

I initiated a return and they told me that becuase the item has to be sent back to a warehouse in Asia, A fee of £20 would be deducted from my refund. So I'd have to pay them £3 to take their shit product back.

Avoid this company like the plague.

Do not uses this company!!! You will regret like me. 😭😭😭I asked them to cancel my order immediately after purchase via email and they refused. I received the order a few weeks after how the clothes are not fit for purpose or worth the money I paid. This companey are rouges, not only do they take your money for substandard goods, when you try to return the goods they block you so you canot contact them or provide a review.
I have had to use an alalternative phone to leave feedback...I paid £58.95 for a porley made cheap fabric dress.
This web site should be shut down.
Customer service does not exist, you have no chance of returning your goods.

Warning. This is a total fake business and you shouldn't ever buy anything off them. Purchased what they said was an orange linen dress, but on arrival was a very poorly finished rag. Never ever reply to any emails or phone calls.

This company has stolen my money. The item for order 8221 was delivered not made of linen as it stated and when I returned it to their European address as I am legally required to do they proceeded to ignore my emails asking for a refund. My suggestion is, as they are a Chinese company masquerading as a danish one that we report them to European trading standards and get them shut down. I don’t understand why there are such horrible money-grabbing people on the world. What happened to honest trading?

Never buy anything from them. The quality is awful and they won’t refund you.

Incorrect dress was delivered after a month. The company engaged in email with me and offered 10% refund. I refused as the item delivered was incorrect. They then actively blocked my email communication through their info@ address. Completely rogue company. Do not buy from them.

I agree with all the bad reviews on here , do not use this awful company, it’s a scam , the clothes are nothing like the photos , I had to go to my bank to get my money back , if you have had the same experience go and speak to your bank and raise a dispute, this company must be stopped!

Would give zero stars if I could. Same experience as everyone else - horrendous quality goods, emails bouncing back, phone lines unanswered. I've raised a chargeback with credit card company. It would be interesting to hear if others have been successful with this, as the company are impossible to contact. Interestingly, the returns address on the packaging is a warehouse in Feltham so I'll be passing that onto the police.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY. Ordered a dress for my wife 9 days ago. Tracking doesn’t work on Shop. Contacted Fjorna via their email address multiple times and all emails all got bounced back and not delivered. Tried phoning website number and goes straight to voicemail. Issued chargeback via my bank. Stay away from this “company” and save yourself the stress and hassle and don’t order from them.

Even after spending £15 to send my item back to China after they assured me I would receive a refund they have blocked me on email and their web page Fjorna.com has disappeared error 404

Stay away from this shop! They are scammers. I received the dress from them, but it was a very bad quality. When I wanted to return it, they deleted their email and I couldn’t reach them.

Fake company and clothes on site is not as what is depicted. I have asked for refund until now no refund. Customer service is poor. No answer to emails.

Items took almost 2 weeks to arrive as were shipped from China... NOT the Netherlands which the website claims they are based in. The items that arrived were poorly and cheaply made and were definitely not going to be worn for my prom after I'd seen how hideous it was. Tried to contact them through email to initiate a returns label but have recieved no reply about the issue as they are ignoring all emails. They tried to offer a partial refund for the dress multiple times but when I explicitly asked them for a FULL refund, it was like tumbleweed. I have now had to contact my bank in order to file a dispute as I have recieved no contact back about a return label. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS

Do NOT use this site. The item was nothing like as advertised. When I tried to claim a refund the website had been taken offline and the email address - to which they had been responding to - bounced back as undeliverable.
