Great free products! I downloaded some of their Photoshop actions and they are excellent! A little too spammy with the e-mails, but it's a small price to pay.

I just love their free products and the products in my price range I edit my own photos its not that hard to do with their presets.

I purchased a LUT pack (GoPro LUTs) to make some editing a bit easier as it's quicker than trying to make my own presets.

Payment was simple and straight forwards, I got an email as soon as it was processed with a link to download the pack. Whole transaction from checkout to having them downloaded was under 1 minute.

These are well thought out LUTs and are actually very usable for what I need. They have made my life a lot easier.

I would give 5 stars but when you sign up you'll be getting several emails a day from them. You can't change your preferences only unsubscribe.

I have been a frequent customer for many years. They were hit or miss. I submitted an order two weeks ago, they sent me back a terrible job (changed things I did not ask to be changed) and did not follow instructions. I paid $60 for "professional level" - I did not even get basic level. They became non-responsive, then they said they had sent me emails I never got (never had that problem before so I assume they are lying), they stated they could not do the work - it was too hard for them. But then refused to refund me and are now fighting it out in PayPal with me. Unbelievable. Meanwhile I got an etsy seller to do the work perfectly. Still waiting to see if PayPal will refund me. Horrible, horrible. Do not use this website for anything.

UPDATE: PayPal sided with them because FIXTHEPHOTO gave me a horrible and destroyed version of my photo and that counted as me getting the service, and "just not liking it". So this company can put a big black X through something, call it done and send it back, and they are covered because they gave you SOMETHING. Doesn't have to according to your original contracted agreement, they don't have to follow your instructions - just whatever they call completed.

This was an edit requested for a family photo (3 people) for a Christmas card. The work that was done is fine, but it amounts to a minor color correction and some blurs over wrinkles. This work is neatly covered by their $12, or even $6 tier. When I inquired why this was all that was done on the higher $30/photo tier:

"That volume of the work isn`t covered with $12 per pic., because a retouch was required for 3 people and also a background extending was applied, which takes more time, because it isn`t a solid color background. "

When I quoted their price page:

"Yes, you are right that ammount $12 covers a High-end retouch for up to 3 people or a complex background fixing."

Notice the word "or" in there. The pricing columns on their website have no indication that each of the items in the pricing tier would be an individual charge.

I would have been happy with this work at $6, and neutral at $12, but $30 (plus a tip) is WAY outside of the worth.

Do not use. I got scammed. On with support of over an hour. Charged 5x what I was told etc.

Website and company is fake. They claim to be in Brooklyn NY, but the website is run from Ukraine. Lots of click-bait links on their site to supposed cracked software. Do not hire these scammers...

You’re better off taking 15 seconds to apply a free filter. The outcome will be better. There is virtually no difference between the photo I sent them to edit and the photo they sent me back. Comical.

I uploaded wedding images to wedding-retouching.com, explaining what was required and paid for the services as advertised. I then got a reply from 'fixthephoto'. Clearly, one company is fronting for another. I was asked for more money for every image, even though I'd only requested simple changes such as red eye & eye glass glare removal, crop, straightening etc. Fixthephoto asked for up to $40 more for some individual images! This is a scam and potential users must be aware.

Tried to hire FixThePhoto.com to remove the background from two images. It was incredibly difficult to communicate with them and they ignored me for 4 days. In a last ditch effort to get my project finished I messaged them again and they responded and blamed it on me not responded to emails in which I never received.

I asked them weeks prior to switch my email and they never did. Which apparently is my problem.

I am going to be using another company because it looks like they have been getting worse over the years.

I would not recommend them at all.
