Ann did a wonderful job retouching my dad's portrait. She provided great customer service and is a delight to work with. Quick turnaround time. Prices are reasonable. I highly recommend using their services!

Avoid at all costs. FixThePhoto operates with outdated methods and shady practices. Their content is just SEO spam full of intellectual property theft: clearly not written by real photographers or writers, just stuffed with keywords to trick Google. On top of that, they post fake or manipulated reviews of other companies to make themselves look better. From what i can tell from the reviews they also own a couple of other "rival companies" like weeditphotos weddingrettouching etc. Their editing style is completely outdated and doesn’t align with current standards or aesthetics, and they refuse to make corrections. Shady, misleading, and a total waste of money.

I restored old family photos through this company - they did a great job. Ann kept an eye on the project and broke it up into smaller chunks. Tati responded to queries on time. All in all - it was a good experience. I used them in the past with similar experience.

I asked them to do simple photo editing and they failed miserably. Do not use!

I am not a photo restorer. I downloaded a free a I app to enhance photos. The in product was substandard in my opinion.
I then hired this company to enhance two photographs. Thier finished product was worse than what I had done. I asked for them to redo those work their work. I got no response. I have now asked for my money back

Gave them my email to download a LUT pack and they've since sent daily emails. I've received at least 8 emails from them in the last 6 days. Terrible.

They are just a glorified preset agency, even if they see any photos that you played around with and have sent that to them, they just sync them around and that was what I have noticed. They rush the work by not editing it correctly for what you want from them.

I find you use more of the time with them every time, instead of just doing your work or finding a reliable editor for yourself.

The editor for yourself is key, when you use this place, it is a different editor every time. There is no consistency.

This morning (Sunday) I got an email from them saying they have seen my Instagram account, are impressed with it and will I be an influencer for them. I don't have an Instagram account and accused them of being scammers. I have had another 6 emails since. I doubt that anyone reads my replies as they are completely ignoring what is in my emails. I have a Yahoo account and can't block people. They are drivinging me mad and finally I closed the account altogether as all I get in it is communication from scammers.

I sent them three photos that had faded. Two were acceptable, not good by any means. The third one was terrible! The original faded picture was better than the two that they worked on. Each picture was $30 plus I left a tip before hand. I ask for my money back for the one picture; however, they said they would not return my money because they did the work despite it being terrible.

I've had enough of your unsolicited emails. Yes, I got all of them. I'm not going to reply. One email is fine, 4 is too many. If a business doesn't answer it's because we get a million solicitation emails per day. Stop it with the "did you get my last email" nonsense.

Coloration - really bad. Retouch - artificial.
On top of that you have to give specific instructions for every photo, and still the outcome is not satisfying.
Takes really long time because of multiple corrections.

They basically ran a couple actions on my photos. Everything looks fake and the colours don’t even match even though I paid for color correction. I also paid an extra six dollars per photo because I had more than three people in my photo not only was I told that hair flyaways wouldn’t be corrected because I didn’t put that in the notes, but basically none of the photos matched in colour anyways even though I paid for it I got seven photos corrected. It cost me C$100 and I still have to go back and fix all the photos myself for my client. waste of money and time I will never use this service again. Customer service was not helpful, this is 100% a money grab.

Do not use Fixthephoto.com. I requested for 6 photos to be completely edited (body shaping, eyes opened, dark pictures to light, skin corrections, hair fly aways) things that their website says they excel at. I originally put the order under the pro section and then received an email stating that what I was requesting falls under the High-End section and that my new charge would be $12 per photo ($72). You have to pre-pay before you even see any editing of your photos. I was the stupid dummy who paid it. I received lightened photos the next day nothing else. You are allowed to request up to 5 revisions. My first revision stated that other than the photos being lightened nothing else was done. They came back with what exactly do you want us to do. I already stated this in the beginning if they had any questions, they should have asked then. I received the second set of corrections which still did not have the body shaping, skin corrections, eyes opened, etc. So, I sent the 2nd request asking for these to be corrected. I was sent another email stating that I would have to pay more for that because there would be more work involved. WHAT? I also received another invoice for this charge. I did not pay it. I have been going back and forth for days trying to get what I originally paid for done. They will not do it instead they (Ann) keep sending the same email response back to me. I have requested a full refund from PayPal. I pray I get it. Do not be as dumb as me. You will be scammed out of your money.

Buyer Beware.
I sent in a photo of my husband and I during our wedding dance. It had faded.
They sent a revision and I noted that they turned my husband’s tie gold when it was a light peach.
They also smeared his ears somehow and it looked very strange.
When I asked them to remove the fire alarm and the light switches in the background - a simple cut and paste at this point, they wanted to charge me more money!!
They are not worth the money. I could do a better job on an app.

This company has engaged in fraudulent activities by posting a review of my business, which has consistently maintained a five-star rating. They used images that are not representative of our work and criticized us online alongside other companies, solely to enhance their Google search rankings. I am initiating legal proceedings and pursuing a cease and desist order against them.
