Due to a technical problem a payment was made automatically from my phone to this company. I didn't initialized a payment of 275,60€ to them. I was surfing on their website and out of nothing their website showd me to pay this amount. When I pressed on cancel, the website freezed. I tried to push several times on cancel but the smart thing is that "agree" is exactly positioned on the screen at the same place as "cancel payment" and while freezing the push on cancel was not registered and the several pushes made that my 275,60 € were gone!
I contacted them immediately and they refuse to do any refund. They prefer that I use the customer protection from PayPal then be commercial. The way they handle and answer let me feel that you better keep away from such a bad aftersales. This is their answer to my mail:
"You paid for the product and it was sent to you, so we have fulfilled our duties."

After I started a case with paypal I received folowing answer:

 Thank you thank you for the reply. Kindly ask you close the case and we will submit the refund.

AS I DID NOT CLOSE THE CASE I RECEIVED FOLOWING ANSWER:

Dear Stephane, 
 
Thank you for getting back to me. 
Our senior manager reviewed your case and concluded there's no reason for a refund from our end. 
Please take into account that we only fulfilled our obligations as a service provider. 
If there was a non-authorized withdrawal from your account, this issue should be addressed to PayPal. 
 
We hope for your understanding.

I am sorry for the confusion about the refund, it can`t be done as was told before.

I know I lost my money and at least I hope my review can help lots of customers to know which kind of untrustfull company this is! This company is known to sell lightroom filters, software for image editing also kmown as DPH outsourcing and weddingretouchinglab

Be Aware!

Communication with FixThePhoto was excellent. Sent scan of an old damaged tiny photo from the 1940s that had cracks, folds, water damage, and dirt spots. Asked to make the photo look like a new recently taken B&W picture and FixThePhoto accomplished that even better than expected. I printed at 8x10 size and framed it and it's stunning! Thanks!

I paid fixthephoto to retouch a photo. I have proof of payment, charges that went through my bank account. I have not received the photo I paid to have restored and FixthePhoto does not respond to my emails and other complaints. I have complained on their facebook page but no success. Nada! (nothing). They are a bunch of crooks only interested in cheating you.

I had an excellent experience with this company.

Unlike another company in the same business I considered working with, Fixthephoto was honest, skilled and communicated well. I had 5 photos that were really messed up from water damage. They assessed the situation and reported they could only help with one. And they did an excellent job with it.

Do not support follow up request well. If you want your photo change as it's not what you wanted they will put in one effort and not reply afterwords.

Terrible. Sorry to say but just awful. I paid the extra 75% for 24 hours service and what a hoax!! I had to follow up after two days, finally got an invoice to pay and then got the photo after that. The touch up was TERRIBLE. It was my 10 year old daughter and they made the photo way way way over touched. She looked like plastic. Simply a waste of money

First time using this company and I can say the work was extremely well done. If you want the best results from them make sure you have access to a scanner that can scan at 600 DPI.

Asked for one Photo to be retouched and they came back with a great result. Also the turn around time for 1 photo was very quick (24 hrs).

I would recommend this service to anyone.

If there was a Zero star that's what they would get. They are a scam. Took my money and completed one photo out of 12.

Wish I had read these reviews before using this company. Looks like I just threw away $60 :( They 'edited' 3 photos so badly even with a couple of attempts to correct the issue. Now I am trying to get my money back it seems impossible.

I am reading the blog article about Photoshop filters by Tata Rossi (which seems like a fake name, like the blog)..and I find out that all the promises made of filter downloads are just a sham. Clickbait to lure me in, and no results to show for it. In fact, it's just a info article about an article in another site. Like a zine from the 90s. Never going back there again.

I order a retouch over a week ago and paid for rush order. Zero response to all communication attempts. No one is every on chat. This is an absolute scam site do not use them under any circumstances.

They offered a 12 dollar credit, but said it is "professional photographers only with bulk orders", even though it doesn't say it in the coupon details. They are advertising all over their site. Then have the nerve to ask you to pay, when the free trial credit is suppose to take care of it. Typical bait and switch tactic. Won't waste my time anymore with this company.

This is the first photo filter I've tried, and it's very easy to work with! The best part is that I downloaded them for free!

I recently purchased a Photoshop watercolour action from Fixthephoto website.
It made a brilliant adaptation of a seascape for me and you would really think it was an actual watercolour painting. Amazing to use and amazing value.
