I have order a anti-scale filtre and never received the product. I contacted FixPart and was told (by Rodrigo) that the parcel was returned cause no one was at home and I've been asked to pay new shipping fees. Never had any issues with courier deliver before. They did not deliver the product and provided me with a terrible customer service. Shame!

No problem in finding the item i wanted and a reasonable price, smooth transaction and very quick dispatch, very happy. Thank You.

The delivery was thrown over our side gate. We just returned from holiday and I thought the box was rubbish as it's been heavily raining and has disintegrated. Luckily the product is in a plastic bag otherwise I would be asking for a refund.

Excellent service Order on 12th and received 14th

We purchased a water filter from fixpart for our fridge - we bought in a few weeks in advance as we knew the existing one was coming to the end. When we fitted the new filter water was leaking all around. We had no choice but to abandon. We e-mailed the company about this issue but they said it was more than 14 days since we purchased the product and therefore was not refundable. They asked for a video to show the fault for verification which we sent. After weeks of no reply we followed up to be told they are now awaiting reply from the manufacturer to see if they can get a replacement sent. Fast forward 3 months and still no reply. Chased up again and a repeat of the initial message to say because it was outside of the 14 day warranty they will not do anything. Joke customer service and not taking ownership of their faulty product.

A drum paddle on my washing machine broke and I searched the model number on Google & Fixpart came up with the exact make of drum paddle that would fit my washing machine. I was skeptical at first but for €20 all in all I thought it’s better than having to buy a new washing machine. I ordered the part and 5 days later it arrived. It fit my washing machine perfectly and I’ve successfully done 4 loads of laundry today and all is working perfectly. Thanks Fixpart- fast, efficient and reliable service

Worst customer service i have ever experienced! I ordered a part for my hair straightener in December, I got a notification to say it was delivered but the package never arrived it was Christmas week so I understand this can happen. I emailed the customer service team the beginning of January to get this sorted. The customer service is done through email and it honestly feels like it is a robot operating the customer service section because I just keep getting the same response. It is now the end of March and I have yet to have the issue resolved.

Website stated heating element for my washing machine was out of stock for 2 weeks. When it came into stock, I ordered 2 (website kept my basket open for 2 weeks and I didn't notice).
Delivery was stated as 2 to 5 days. After 4 working days and no delivery notifications, I emailed for an update. Only on the 3rd email did they admit it was arill out of stock.
No telephone number and every email takes 24hrs to respond - even if you reply immediately.
Shockingly poor customer service standard.

I ordered my part for my waching machine about a month ago and never receive the package until today 🙃 😑 😒

Ordering on line was easy to do. Quick to dispatch and quick delivery. Great service.

Overall service level was good but the image on site was limited and did not show the internal section of the part which is missing an internal fitting, necessary for fitting the lamp.

found the shop fount an item i need, tried to make an order could not complete as could not enter full address due to character limitations in their address tab. Contacted via email explaining the problem didn't get response for a couple of days, then i got an automated system reply saying they are busy and cant reply. This is a joke and i don't want to do business with such ...... and recommend others to avoid based on my experience. I sow some other people reporting about poor or no communication being ignorant to people queries.

Website great, everything was seamless.

Ordered item 12 January, tracking received 14th, able to track until 16th & then nothing. Waited a week, still nothing, refund request in, was refused, poor communication from company, eventually after over 3 weeks the item arrived, I then received an update from the company. This company needs to consider its delivery partners if they want repeat business. I wouldn’t order from them again.

Customer care were very prompt, helpful and speedy to resolve the problem.

After ONE month my order is somewhere in the universe. They avoid to refund. Don't believe them. Buying with them is like gambling, mostly you will lose your money
