I sent my old pair of headphones to get them repaired, Louis provided me with a very thorough email outlining the problems and costs. He also offered a part exchange for my old headphones and offered a discount off a new pair - which I decided to go with. New pair was sealed and brand new, and work perfectly!

So happy! My Beats are just like new since I replaced the pads. They were difficult to take off and I had ordered some other replacement pads from Amazon and they didn't match the colour or size - Fixheadphones fit perfectly and colour match - I was really relieved after about a year of not being able to use my headphones! Louis emailed me as my pads were delayed and he was quick to respond and reassure.

Excellent service from Louis, from first contact to repair of Beats Solo 3 headphones. I was a bit sceptical of sending my headphones away in case they never came back but everything was professionally handled; very pleased with outcome and great value repair too!

An excellent service from this company and Louis was very prompt and communicative. I traded in my Beats Studio 3 headphones in need of repair and received a new pair quickly and at a good price.

I used FixitHeadphones to repair a snapped band on my beats. Amazing service and quick turnaround. Louis messaged me as another part was damaged and asked if I would like that fixed too before he sent it back. I declined as it was only cosmetic. These were then lost by royal mail during the return to me.

After 3 months of battling with Royal Mail, no assistance from the police or my home insurance company, I was advised to get back in touch with fix it for a refund.

As soon as I got back in touch they offered me another pair. Within a day. No questions or accusations really easy

Absolutely fantastic service. Headband gone on my Beats wireless headphones. Sent over Christmas and returned the next day upon receipt. All mended and in perfect condition. Highly recommend. Louis was so helpful too. Do not hesitate to use this company.

Louis was first class. I was a little bit worried about sending my headphones away, as they are expensive and I love them, however, Louis's communication and work was excellent.

We had a couple of mis-steps at the beginning, but Louis stepped in, explained and sorted everything. Pads arrived the next day, and are perfect. Tutorial videos are spot-on, too.
