I ordered a refurbished HP Chromebook through Wowcher (Order #YXTCX8-SWFT57 / 28251320, Sanjay Patel), really pleased with the experience. It arrived quickly, in excellent condition and offers great value for money. Highly recommend it.

The product after getting the correct one is excellent.
Slght downfall in not getting sooner. Worth the wait in the end.

Customer service was good, if a little slow in response. My parcel seemed to go off grid for a few days, thankfully it was successfully delivered and I’m happy with the netbook.

only time will tell if this has been a good buy.It seemed unused and spotless when arrived and has functioned correctly. I can see no reason to recommend you to others.

Was doing it purchase just to try and see but I was surprised to receive a great laptop. Lenovo laptop. It's beautiful.

Avoid!
Supplies faulty laptops, does not collect returned items from their Royal Mail Sorting Office, claims to never have received the tracking information despite being provided with this on 4 occasions!
Zero customer support or service but happy to take your money!

Typically Orion takes no responsibility for its failure hence the disgraceful feedback below - complaint has been escalated, and should Orion wish to collect the laptop from their Sorting Office with the tracking information provided, the case can be closed - utter shambles of a company, check the other reviews, I’m not alone in such a terrible experience

They do not honour their own refund policy for faulty goods.website says 30 days, they say 2 weeks. Bought as Christmas presents so public holiday took me over two weeks. Chromebooks received are 7years old. Screen didn't work, company would only offer a replacement which was also faulty. Still trying to get a refund from them.

Please note that the reply from the company below doesn't acknowledge that the item was unfit for purpose upon delivery.

Bought a refurbished laptop through Wowcher for my son’s Christmas present. I fully appreciate it is refurbished and expected surface scratches and it to look slightly “used”. It’s not the laptop though it’s the actual SCREEN. Soooo many bubbles and under surface cracks, it is unusable. It is NOT as described. It also arrived dirty with food/dirt on the keyboard.
Their customer service is shocking. So unhelpful. Denying everything. Refusing a refund. Ignoring the consumer act law. They fail to reply for long periods of time.

⭐ 1 Star – Extremely Poor Service

I ordered a refurbished MacBook on 19 December, which arrived with “Battery Service Recommended”. I sent it back as requested, but then was told it was lost in the warehouse.

I was promised a replacement with a new battery, but the replacement also arrived with the same battery issue (cycle count 628). After a month of delays, broken promises, and miscommunication, I was left with a faulty laptop just before I needed it for travel.

Very disappointing service — I do not recommend Orion Computers.

Update after sellers response…….

I need to clarify the sequence of events for accuracy, as the seller’s reply omits key facts.
1. The product I ordered was advertised as in stock, yet it later became clear that the item was not actually available, leading to delays from the start.
2. The original laptop arrived with a faulty battery, and I was asked to return it for a replacement. After sending it back, I was informed the device had been lost in the warehouse.
3. I was then promised a replacement with a new battery, but the unit I received had an even worse battery, showing “Battery Service Recommended” and poor performance.
4. I was subsequently told that the new battery was never installed because it broke during installation, which directly contradicts earlier assurances and explains why the replacement battery condition deteriorated further.

Advertising unavailable stock, losing returned items, and sending a replacement with a known defective battery despite clear promises is misleading and reflects poorly on the level of service provided.

I am sharing this update to ensure full transparency for future customers.

Purchased again from Orion Computers as always provided good value for money and like new items. Well packaged and quickly delivered with good level of communication.

The first Chromebook arrived badly damaged. No quibbles at all. Orion sent a postal label and I dropped it at the post office. Once they received it, they sent out a new Chromebook which is perfect.
